  1. The major manufacturers weren’t interested…..even when speedway was at it’s most popular.
  2. Only difference being MotoGP engines are part of multi-million pound developments.
  3. If there was transparency and fans were kept up to date with decisions and the reasons behind them, we wouldn’t need all this speculation. BUT….there’s never been transparency in speedway for some strange reason….
  4. Wow indeed…….is there an exchange system in place for Glasgow/Poole supporters?….lol
  5. No way would any proper speedway fan not care if another team had to close……but I can certainly understand why no Championship supporter would want their league or team compromised to protect a league that was failing through no fault of theirs.
  6. Don’t know the fixture announcement dates but Harris 8.90. Howarth 7.92. Flint 6.95. Hausl 5.00 (assessed). Juul Pedersen 5.00 (assessed). Hagon 3.48. Hodder 2.63
  7. Yup….very quiet, but going by rumours and no change to format I’m going for:- Harris 8.90, Howarth 7.92 Flint 6.95 Harrison 4.97 Juul Pedersen 5.00 Hodder 2.63 Hagon 3.48 Total 39.85
  8. I don’t have any statistics but I always felt that Danny (great rider that he is) was one of these guys who was prone to go missing in heat 15 tussles.
  9. Harris, Harrison, Howarth, Hagen and Hodder?……now, if we can only add Hulme and Hook, that would be Heavenly…..lol
  10. 7.88 with 2.5% British reduction if that’s still in vogue for 2026
  11. I don’t know what Flint you’ve been watching. Here are his home scores for the season……4+2 8+1 14+1 5+1 8 9+1 11+1 7+1 9+1 6+2 8+2 9+1 13+1 8+3 and 8…….and in my view he’s committed to improving further. I’d definitely have him back.
  12. I would have taken a chance on Dan hoping that his fast gating would have created a different mix on the first and second bend….. but it’s all water under the bridge now and no real point in looking back. Lawson and Cook were immaculate in the final heat.
  13. Fantastic meeting. Congratulations to Poole. For me, Kerr won it for Poole by his pass on Thompson in heat 12 scrubbing the possibility of a Glasgow win without the need for a super heat.
  14. Going by the highlighted comments, at least you’re admitting how the Poole track rides……lol
  15. Practice and sprint racing are an unnecessary evil. Turning up, having a draw and guessing the set ups would make it a far more level playing field I my opinion.
  16. Yup……..and I recognised every one of them……..🤣
  17. Oh here we go……”I know something you don’t know….na! na! na! na! na!”….🙄
  18. Surely the lineup for this meeting doesn’t warrant any increase in admission…🙄
  19. I was responding to colsimmo’s remark that Perry should have been replaced at the start of the “league” fixtures, which at that point would have been like for like.
  20. Just as a point of interest, who would you have replaced Max Perry with?
