I hope Ben rides at 3 so he pairs up with Zach at 4. That will mean Brennan riding at 5 which may make us weak in Heat 13 but he has the potential to improve and I remember him riding well in the Nations Cup or whatever it is called at BV. It will be interesting to see who the last 2 will be, I guess a 2 pointer and a 2nd string with an average of about 4 to ride at 2 alongside Lawson.

Wonder which of the 3 youth options Poole will adopt? Doubt team in league as attendances for Buccaneers was very poor- a few hundred but perhaps weekly speedway at Poole would be good as opposed to gaps between home meetings. I’ve been a supporter since 1970 when speedway was every Wednesday!

Thanks. Wonder how long for team announcements. Kyle seemed to think most teams are decided. I’m in 2 minds about Brennan if he is coming to Poole. A bit inconsistent IMO. Hope Lawson & Cooks. Don’t know if Perry is another but his injury is worrying. Sad about Anders & Kyle but points limit makes it very difficult, diluting the product.

Poole won BSN Cup, finished top of league and runners up in Play off & KO Finals, not a bad record. Yes staff did well to get match on, but times 1.5 secs slower than normal and gate 4 was hopeless. Worral disappointing end to season and Lawson too many guest bookings but he's wanting to earn money and can't blame him, but looking tired on the bike. Rowe's falls didn't help him but in hindsight perhaps he shouldn't have ridden, RR would probably ahve been stronger even if he could have taken his 4 rides. Wednesdays match, if it takes place is no more than a challenge and one match too many for some of the riders. We don't know points limit yet for next season but 38 is rumoured. Lawson & 2 Cooks please and possibly Rowe & Newman.

Agreed. Tonight we didn’t gate & on a slick track difficult to pass after 2nd bend unless your name is Harris. Congratulations to Glasgow, the better team tonight. Hopefully we can up our game in KO cup but it won’t be easy

It was difficult decision but SW had been promised a testimonial so that was deciding factor. I’m sure Danny will be back at some stage
