I take it you have a source for this? I'd hate to think you were making these potentially libelous statements with any proof. -

Regardless of how many riders we did, or didn't, have there was rain in Newport on Friday. A hollow victory for Buxton, but it isn't their fault. -

Seems they've done everything else in their power to gift it to Buxton, so why not? -

I hope it's rained off simply because a one legged final is a complete farce. -
I think running a Bristol team out of Newport would be a non-starter. I just don't think the locals would support a team from 'over the water' and I don't see enough fans from Bristol coming across the bridge. I think Dudley has worked so well because it was such a big club with a great history and clearly had a big dormant fanbase.

Uncle Len doesn't want Todd Kurtz getting 5 races worth of practice around Dry House the day before the YS semi.

He may have only been 6th in the world but he managed to do better than any of the Danes or Swedes managed to. I wonder if they are lamenting 'how times have changed'. I'm certain Bomber will go on to better things next year.

Tom Young and James White-Williams, both riding for the Newport Hornets.

Despite the recent Garrity jizzfest, I thought he was a menace when I saw him at Newport earlier in the season. He might have some talent but you can't go knocking riders off because you are going to fast to stay in control.

It is stupid including assessed riders in threads about 'Most Improved' because they have got nothing to improve on. Just as daft as including Sam Masters et al in the PL thread.

Dissappointing since Mark Jones and Grant Tregoning have been 2 of the most entertaining riders I have seen in Hornets colours. -
A bit like your use of the English language.
-
Who I pointed out hasn't been seen since P&P in March. Ben Reade was used a few times from number 8 and actually did alright, but went to Plymouth.
-
I ask again, what number 8?
-
What number 8? We had Ben Reade and Daniel I'Anson named at the start of the season. I don't think I've seen I'Anson since P&P and Reade has since signed for Plymouth.

Being a Hornet lifts any rider, even guests!

You are wrong with regards to Dyer. Unless rules change he will go into the Premier League on a 5 point average regardless of whether he has attained a real NL average. This was the case with Grant Tregoning who was set to join Newport's PL side on a 5 despite posting a 6.xx NL average the previous season (obviously that was before the promotion decided to go with Alex Davies instead).

Sorry to hear about Marc's injury. At least he has a long winter to get himself fit again. Seems like Tom Young put in a good shift, good to see him amoung the points!
