A good win for Workington against a handy looking Somerset team. All the Worky side contributed to the win and thanks must go to Robbo and Schrammy for putting in a good effort as guests, the Rebels have all the makings of a great side with top heat leaders in Allen and Morris with good backing Aspergen and Charlie Wright and Brady Kurtz looks like he could go a long way in the sport but was unlucky to fall twice in heat 10. Not sure if 14pts will be enough to take to the OTA but Worky will hopefully have a full side next Friday to take on the Rebels. Oh, Josh Grajczonek was fantastic last night!!

Workington Comets V Berwick Bandits 20/4topaz325 replied to stoneylegend's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway Some hard riding on both sides on Sunday evening!! What a meet, i did think at the half way stage that the Comets were heading for another defeat but they came out fighting in the second part of the match. Some really close races provided good entertainment...........if that does not keep the fans coming back for more i do not know what will. Berwick have a decent team but just lacked the consistency from Vissing and Doolanto score points. Another tough meeting next week when Worky take on the Panthers! Oh can the guy who plays the "music" please get some better cds..............

Workington V Edinburgh (lc) 12/4/14 @ 7pmtopaz325 replied to Mr Blobby's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway Some bad feeling from the Moanarchs Enjoyed the meeting some good racing, not too concerned yet the Worky riders still to get to their best, all credit to Edinburgh on the win and have some fine reserves in Worrall and Sedgmen, also Masters was very good. Still think Worky will make the Play offs at the end of the season.

One for Phil Rising, i have no problem with the delivery to the door of the SS 99% of the time it is very promt but i do have a concern with the condtion of the mag . Lately with the wet weather (today) the magazine is in an awful state due to it getting wet. Is there any chance the mag could be packaged in a clear plastic cover instead of the brown paper envelope or would this incur greater cost?
