  1. I think Bowes will come good in time and with Poole being strong they are able to deal with his low scores by his standards . No need for any rash moves .
  2. Should be ok for home meetings , plenty of strong riders on paco , sedge and Kye to fend off away teams
  3. Well done Redcar , some of the races tonight were “out of the top drawer” well done to all , Redcar reserves were v good
  4. All depends on the severity, maybe 2-4 weeks if minor tear.
  5. It says in the Star the NKI has a doctors appointment today in Denmark.
  6. Ollie Allens reply to the Lawson issue would make a politician proud.
  7. This Saturday sees the Comets take on the Bears from Redcar at the new time of 6pm. Hopefully Craig Cook is back to full fitness after his shoulder issue at Berwick last week. Redcar again will be tough customers and have some real track specialists in Jason Edwards and Nicolai Klindt, so the Comets will have to be on good form and sharp out of the gate. This meeting sees the home debut for Max Perry as a Comet.
  8. The wow news must have been the Northampton track re opening.
  9. A great win for the comets , well done to all the lads , wish I had been there
  10. Hopefully our heat leaders can do the bulk of the scoring to get a win , not sure if we have r:r for for niklas
  11. Good luck to the Comets today after a heavy away defeat and two injured riders the team needs all the support it can get .
  12. This Sunday afternoon the Comets are up against the Berwick Bandits in this rearranged meeting which is the 2nd leg of the koc cup tie. The rejuvenated Dayle Wood guests for the Comets in both legs over the weekend and sees him Craig Cook and Jonas Jeppesen returning to shielfied as former Bandits riders. Unfortunately I cannot attend as this is a rearranged meet and planned for something else that wekend.
  13. Doesn’t seem to work saying too many log in attempts
  14. Someone said in the Star, why not go back to the original cover even though there was some price increase.
  15. The Comets look to kick off there first home meeting of the 2026 season with a BSN series match against the Scunthorpe Scorpions. The Scorpions have a fantastic number 1 in Josh Pickering backed up by some former Comets in Luke Harrison and Simon Lambert . The weather at the time of writing is looking good for Saturday, so lets hope for some great racing . Cooper Rushen replaces the injured Vinnie Foord.
  16. Poole will be there at the end of the season, even getting beat away they will pick up the average pts.
