I'm not sure it is personally...certainly not like when TNT/Eurosport/Sky are in town. I just think that certain promotions make zero effort to make any time up if/when incidents happen, whether that be air fence deflations or extended track grading. Yes it was a 7pm parade on a Saturday night with what looked like loads of kids in (judging by the "track invasion") but there was a match to get on.

As a travelling fan for my club, also, I feel your pain. I can't help but feel that those fans are entitled to some kind of explanation... other than "setup". I've been at matches before where the management of a team, home or away, have come on the pa to apologise for their poor performance. And while I can understand not singling out a particular rider, somebody should have asked and answered what was going on. It's not like this performance came from a young kid still trying to work his way out in the game.
