  1. Depends on what job he's been brought in to do, is it just to fill a gap or to try and turn a losing team around? Redcar are very top heavy. Redcar have stated it's "a bid to get our season back on track" and to "strengthen up the Agilia Bears". Time will tell but It's not really done either imo
  2. That's quite the contradiction in the one sentence !
  3. 4. Please don't spoil a good conspiracy theory with your facts!
  5. Desperate times call for desperate measures, you know Poole would sign him in a heartbeat if they thought it'd help them win the league... especially with the Havvy connection
  6. You'd have to think it's teams with underperforming reserves, Leicester or Sheffield. Lynn have Rowe and Woj and surely you wouldn't replace either of those
  7. Exactly the same reasons he should have come to Leicester to get some PL experience, Stewart Dickson would have taken good care of him, unlimited track time and also a superb place ()
  8. It'd be a chance no doubt... but I've seen many successful comebacks from talented riders down the years... any return would have to be spun to the media and fans though. If I were in Redcar's position, I'd be very tempted. I saw him develop at Coventry under the guidance of Havvy, you'd go down to the pits and even though Havvy was "team" manager he'd invariably be with Garrity. It all seemed to fall apart when Garrity left Cov. Don't know whether Havvy would mentor him again?
  9. Poole are still the team to beat though, so they're more like the Man City of Speedway. Worky are more the Man Utd trying to rekindle former glories
  10. The kid's got talent... I wonder why he wasn't advised to go to Poole?
  11. Could bring him in Hanibal Lecter style in a straight jacket on a trolley
  12. Thanks... that wasn't hard was it. Keep up the good work
  13. Now, I know you don't come across many people up in that part of the world, you're probably more used to communicating with sheep or cows or something... but I generally find it easier to be civil and polite with people, try it sometime, you'll be amazed at the results!
  14. Thanks, I meant Premier League over here though. I thought Boughen made a good point about the Poles coming over here too learn their trade so what's the rush to go over there.
  15. Comets fan proving once again to be the rudest set in Speedway
  16. Not only was it a poor decision to exclude Kileen it should also have been re-run, how the ref could call it with 1 lap to go when the previous 3 had seen the lead change hands numerous times is beyond comprehension. Terrible refereeing! Great meeting to watch and a real captains ride from Cook to seal the points in the last race. Why Zischke hasn't been snapped up by a PL club is a bit of a mystery
  17. Should have gone for Garrity and got him back under Havvy's wing Averaged 7.32 back in 2017
  18. Agreed, it was a bit of a dammed if you do dammed if you don't choice though, if Mountain had been in invincible form it would have been a no brainer to pick him, or a reserve with last heat decider experience. Surely he should have picked Lidsey, he's a pretty established rider now with experience of pressure on the world stage... of course if he'd trailed in last everybody would say he should have picked Mountain. ... and Lidsey is Australian, Lemo always picks the Aussie. It's not the first time Lemo has made a questionable decision and won't be the last
  19. Surprised, not surprised, Lemo didn't go for Lidsey in 15. Surely you've got to put your big hitters in the crunch races.
  20. He got back in his start position literally as the clock hit zero... if the ref had been in a bad mood he could have easily gone
