No dodgy streams then, might have to dip into my pocket -
Totally agree, but... you've occasionally got to back your gob up with performances or you just become a bit of a gobby prat. His move back to the UK genuinely seemed to spark something in him, I hope he returns to the UK next year and steps it back up again. Watching his reaction after winning his opening race in such fine style was something I hadn't seen from him in years!

Personally I thought it was all a bit meh, with a meh winner, especially after Woffy crashed out, I genuinely thought he was going to win it! It was only a glorious success when measured against last year's fiasco. The presentation is so poor compared to how it used to be, club anthems pumping out over the PA (WBD clearly don't know their audience) and some self indulgent announcer who clearly loves the sound of his own voice prattling on during the grading breaks. When looking back at it in a few months/years time I suspect it'd be hard to recall any particular highlights other than the Woffy crash. On the whole, it was enjoyable... but certainly no classic... meh

Looks to be a more exciting series than the SGP this year. Bomber 1 round away from becoming World Champion! I'll admit I didn't think he'd have the consistency or mechanical standards to do it but he's made me eat my words, and I'm happy to eat them, let's hope he can bring it home in a couple of weeks... shame it's not getting the publicity it deserves. Is the final round available to watch anywhere? -
Just 22 minutes between Heat 18 & Semi Final 1

please stop putting words in my mouth, it's not what I have said at all

There does seem to be a lot of tossers on here tonight
-
KK world under 21 I believe... let's hope the final in Cardiff tomorrow is decided on the toss of a coin
-
I'm not arguing and I do believe you. I also couldn't give a toss what another governing body do in a completely different sport, their drawing of lots is at the end of a very exhaustive procedure and if it were to happen in the next world cup the world would go into meltdown on the back of it. Maybe you think the gates should have been decided on penalties? Bring a 5 a side goal out and have a shoot out. Back in the 70's, in speedway, qualifying in the 2nd half events was often given to the fastest 2nd place rider, so it's nothing new... but if you want it decided on the toss of a coin, so be it

Not stressed at all... just trying to have a civilised discussion, seemingly beyond some people
-
It still is tyre changes... any idea why tyre changes were back in vogue tonight while it was in the rules for the CLRC but was ignored?
-
And trying to win a wild card to Cardiff being run on the same night as his longtrack round... what was all that about?
-
Sorry for having an opinion... keeps you all occupied

1968? A very different age, there's so much money involved in sport these days it's hard to actually imagine it happening...
-
Can you imagine the outcry if that were to actually happen! Seems to me we've spent all this money on transponders only to revert to the toss of a coin
