I was watching the event where they were outdoors on snowboards on a kind of MotoX track going downhill, it was quite exciting and they were making great use of the drone as well... not just following the rider around at the back!

If Speedway had a fraction of the coverage that the beeb have given to Curling over the last 2 weeks!!! Literally every time I've switched the TV on somebody has been Curling one out!!!

Less than a month before the start of the season and still nothing from BSN, even though the fixtures are now out for the CL... I wonder if the media rights holders (SFL) are either trying to sell them down the river in favour of another broadcaster, trying to extort more money out of them... or there's nothing to see here 👀

... you've got Leicester posting on socials what a great night Speedway is under the lights and the riders are coming back to the country in readiness for the new season... without being able to tell a single person when their opening fixture is and who it is against... crazy!

As I've said elsewhere if the current crop of riders aren't putting the bums on the seats they can hardly complain if the prize money goes down while competing in half empty (and sometimes completely empty, SWC) stadiums.

He seems a perfect fit with British Speedway in its current form then 😁

They're not running the speedway though are they? Surely they'd have gone for buying Ippo ahead of a start up at Northampton if they were interested in running Speedway?

Well, for at least the last 2 years, the riders have been consistently unable to put bums on seats, the same goes for the GP's.

Who are the owners/promoters?

Or maybe a card telling you when the fixtures are... or even just whether your club is running or not 🤷‍♂️
