It's not that different... were you following Speedway when you got double points for your tactical? Now that was crazy! Tac subs have long been a part of Speedway, In fact there hadn't used to be a limit on them when I first started following Speedway (aside from 1 each per rider) and it made the sport a hell of a lot more interesting imo. As a fan you really used to be able to play team manager unlike these days where it's barely worth a TM even being in attendance.

As a neutral there today, I must say I thought it was a bang average meeting and pretty poor for the NSS with most of the action done by B3 of L1... which we all know doesn't count as action.

They may even show updated league tables after the meeting which BSN seem unable to do consistently! Who's doing the interviews in the pits? It looked like Havvy but sounded like Stoney 😂

Should get these rules out of the rulebook then... or enforce them, rules shouldn't be optional from either side, that's a very big problem with Speedway and it's not getting any better.

Except for the time when he picked up one of those injuries that only allowed him to ride in Poland when he should have been riding for King's Lynn and left them up the creek like Ben Cook did this season.

Saturday night speedway has been the making of the business (on the face of it)... certainly not the team, it's been another shambles of a season regarding the Glads number 1

A real shame to be shutting down with over 2 months of the season still to go then 🤷‍♂️

It could be some end of season tournament for those that didn't qualify for the play offs... then joined by the losing semi finalists or something, I know the fans definitely bought into the 4's, trouble is the riders probably didn't 🤷‍♂️

Does GP challenge trump SEC as far as SGP qualification is concerned? 2nd, 3rd & 4th in the SEC have already qualified for the 2026 SGP, if Dudek doesn't win SEC does the 5th place in the GP challenge get the SGP quali spot?

Unfortunately I think it requires too much effort on behalf of the so called promoters rather than any apathy from the fans, you only have to see the crowd that the PCMT attracts at the start of the season at Belle Vue to see that fans will support such events... I think the same goes for international test matches.
