Is that his last NDL average? He's clearly not the rider he was, it probably needs reassessing. Boughen has missed out on his Speedway education starting so late. Watching the SGP3 this afternoon and some of the first turns were brutal with the kids not frightened to get their elbows out. Boughen has missed out on all this.

The trouble is, these days, they're not promoters, they're badge makers and scrap metal merchants etc. that have bought a speedway club. I'm not sure there are any promoters left in the game.
