  1. The concerning thing is this year has been one of the driest in history and Plymouth haven't been able to complete their fixtures before the cut off. What if it had been a really wet summer? The promotion probably need to think very carefully about fixture planning, if necessary they should drop their NL team to free up space.
  2. Looks good enough for the stock cars.
  3. Plymouth will be alright in the play offs, I am sure Kennet will be back.
  4. Well that's it for another year for Scunny. I thought they would finish mid table due to their home form but like previous years they were poor away.
  5. What's going on, I've never heard of a lack of tyres before.
  6. I imagine Redcar will turn up with Lawson for Riss. Plymouth will probably use r/r for Barker because Palm Toft is a second string. As a Scunny fan my fear is Plymouth turn up with two cheap guests because they have got nothing to ride for. Is Dan Gilkes back?
  7. Emil is the current world number 3, has excellent record in the GPs and is also a Polish Citizen so I think he would also get a wildcard.
  8. Bewley is 16 points clear of 7place so that means Fricke is likely to be back in. If Russians are back in there must be huge pressure on Jason Doyle to put in big performances in the last 3 GPs, already 2 Australians in.
  9. I think both Emil and Artum are Polish citizens but they ride with a Russian licences. There is talk that they will be allowed a polish licence but unlike chugunov they will have ride under a neutral flag (like they do in some other sports), I think the authorities have meeting about it in September. Whether the FIM will give them wildcards is another question, I personally think they will.
  10. Anyone know what happened with Lambet's quick time that never was?
  11. No word of any guest, I guess it must be R/R. Scunny won't get anything out of this now.
  12. This sort of thing has happened every year countless times over the years. Ryan Douglas just says hes too injured to ride, he travels to Poland just in case he feels better on sunday.
  13. I am not really complaining about the time it took, more that over grading/dragging dirt back is detrimental to racing, just as no grading is also detrimental. IMO it was longer than needed/necessary.
  14. There isn't many riders in league that don't prioritise the Polish league, if your carrying a bit of an injury.
  15. It wasn't just a quick wizz round with the grader it was an extensive grade when the track was starting to get better.
  16. I agree grading is required but I do think you can can over grade as well.
  17. Superb as Ryan Douglas has been this year, you just now he will have recovered in time for the big money in Poland.
  18. I watched the stream for this and it was very good, commentator was fine. The Redcar set up is excellent and there was a few good races towards the end. My only gripe is the amount of track grading, it seemed unnecessary to do an extensive grade after heat 3. I think there would be better racing if dirt as left to move wider like it did towards the end of the meeting.
  19. Did he do further damage in his crash at poole?
