TWK , if the 20 hour guarantee on a Gerhard is correct , just make the other manufacturers offer the same . if that means going back to the drawing board to make their engines last 20 hours then so be it . NL can then use the old engines with a £2 throat restrictor fitted to the carb, and that will extend the engine life by reducing the power and stress ,, cant see any losers there
