  1. Weather is bright but a bit cloudy, just come past the stadium and it sounded like practice was still on. Hopefully the track will produce more overtaking than last night. I am sure Scott Nichols will be looking good tonight having ran into him in the Arndale Centre.
  2. I think the programme covered both meetings but you need to fill in each and every race for both. There is a screen on the second bend which gives all the information you need.
  3. Falling away in the last few heats in meetings has been a recurring theme this season especially in away meetings, good to hear that at least Berwick put up a fight. Might need to take another look at Stachyra, early days yes, but in two meetings he has failed to score what R\R was scoring.
  4. Cant help you with race times as I am not paying ten pound for a programme but NKI broke the track record in his first two rides.
  5. Thoroughly enjoyed my first trip to new Belle Vue, its obviouy that the racing didn't come across as to exciting on TV and I can understand and see why but I still enjoyedvthe night. Highlight was seeing Darcy Ward looking very fit and healthy, he was sat in one of the boxes behind where I was sitting with Team GB.
  6. I am in E section of the grandstand but there doesn't look a bad view from anywhere in the place.
  7. In the stadium now and quite a stadium it is, track looks grippy and they are grading right now.
  8. Disappointed about Hancock dropping out as it now makes it three team event, I fancy the Russian to make the Final.
  9. I`ve got several but I wouldn't miss my Countries practice to get one.
  10. Not needing to win every race is an odd mentality rather than a GP one.
  11. Is Poland a happy camp though, maybe the dropping of Janowski and the introduction of Kasprzak won`t have gone down well with everybody.
  12. See my glass is always half full, I see Berwick producing the goods in that meeting and sending the Rebels home pointless......though you could well be right.
  13. I was in the pits after the meeting last night and noticed Wethers receiving treatment for the 1st aid team, hopefully his injuries will see him only miss tomorrows meeting and he will be back for Redcar next Thursday.
  14. And the Berwick one was down to Danny Ayres having a complete off night, ending sadly in injury. Berwick wont run into a team like Glasgow again surely, obviously losing at home in last nights manner did nobody any favours. Lets just hope we are back to our best for the visit of Rye House in the KOC on Saturday week.
  15. With quite a number of the riders in the play off and the final its difficult to see how any team can be made favourites with any degree of confidence.
  16. Agreed, maybe Shads is mistaken, never seen Shuttleworth before and was impressed, the way Gappmaier and Stachyra were going last night there is points to be had for the Somerset guest.
  17. To sum up, I am happy with our SWC team, Woffinden and Lambert should've been at Tuesday`s practice, I hope Team GB makes everyone proud whether they win or not and I hope this forum explodes come Saturday night due the on track entertainment over the two meetings. Bags packed, car is fuelled and we are off in the morning.
  18. Decent choice I saw Rob in Berwick`s recent junior meeting and was impressed with what I saw, really attacked the track. You can take the guy out of Berwick, but you can never take Berwick out of the guy.
  19. Don`t see Berwick troubling the home side to much, but as long as there`s not another drubbing for us then at least we will have restored a little pride after last night.
