Berwick v Plymouth Championship 15/07/2023 @ 6-30pm
screm replied to screm's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
https://www.berwickspeedway.com/news/its-off-folks/ Not entirely surprised by the early call off, there was a good bit of rain last night and the forecast is none to clever for later today. You have to feel for any Plymouth fans who made the trip up, they saw their match at Edinburgh get an early call off yesterday and another today. -

I think I love you, all I need now is your alter ego to come along and my life is complete. -

Now corrected, thank you. -
Personally I have no interest in buying a stream for this meeting, my decision is do I buy an e-ticket today or sit at home tomorrow and watch the SGP from Sweden.

OK but will there be free car parking, its a deal clincher.

I feel another perfect storm coming on, we`ll all come round to yours to watch the stream. I can bring the crisps.

As I understand it, its as follows. After mid-night tonight its £32 by e-ticket or cash at the turnstile plus £3 for a programme if you choose to buy one. Those who choose e-ticket before mid-night today will get a programme free for their £30. Its being streamed by Berwick Speedway with £11-99 for the Plymouth match or £9-99 for the Belle Vue match for those who want to buy single matches, or £17-99 to watch both. Its difficult to understand anyone who doesn't take advantage of the early bird e-ticket then elects to pay £32 when you could watch from home for £17-99.

All the details are here. Looking ahead to ... Poole, Plymouth and Belle Vue - Berwick Bandits Speedway (berwickspeedway.com) And never ever forget, ITS FREE CAR PARKING.

Certainly cant think there would be anyone more involved and for as long, as for the speedway the late Ian Graham was hugely important in keeping speedway going, for the football the late Ian Oliver did just about ever job for Berwick Rangers.
-
Yes it will cost you £32. Weather forecast is here Berwick-Upon-Tweed - BBC Weather

Strictly slightly going off thread but I wish Dennis McCleary all the best and a big turn out for his testimonial game this Saturday, I think it fair to say had it not been for Dennis the Bandits and the Rangers would be in a sorry mess. https://www.berwickspeedway.com/news/back-dennis-big-day/

So he didn't fail a test, just refused to take one.

Morris was due to ride at Leicester next Monday in their match with Kings Lynn, assuming King Lynn have sorted out their issues by then of course.
-
Your not a fan then.

We will probably get a statement from the SCB that will be the version of events they want us to believe.
