  1. As was mentioned yesterday if Kus is missing tonight then Jorgensen is a no brainer as guest, big score at Sheffield a couple of weeks ago. Giving the shenanigans Sheffield got up to with the Roynon affair, maybe they have dropped a rider and are employing a guest for tonight.
  2. Palm Toft would have to give up his team place at Belle Vue, as they already have Worrall and Cook as doubling up riders.
  3. No news of a guest replacement from Berwick this morning, on the official Sheffield it names Kus in the Berwick team. SHEFFIELD: Simon Stead, Taylor Poole, Leigh Lanham, Andre Compton, Ty Proctor, Simon Nielsen, Josh Bates. BERWICK: Claus Vissing, Rider replacement for Matthew Wethers, Steen Jensen, David Bellego, Kevin Doolan, Liam Carr, Matej Kus.
  4. Home win, and if our R/R rides don't work out it could get a bit untidy.
  5. My genius states is a work in progress, I`m trying oh so hard but keep slipping up, as some of my posts last Saturday and Sunday will show, don't worry I wont give up.
  6. Kus needs medical clearance if he is to return to racing before next Saturday, be it for Berwick or anybody else.
  7. Fair enough, Berwick have made their statement, you have made your claims (as yet not backed up), looks like we will have to move on. Don't you love farce? My fault I fear. I thought that you'd want what I want. Sorry, my dear. But where are the clowns? Quick, send in the clowns. Don't bother, they're here.
  8. So both teams will be knackered, both physically and mechanically, your hardly advertising a classic on Saturday.
  9. I`m sure Berwick`s guest will be announced soon, maybe in the next News Letter, which will also bring some good news on this weekends fixture with the Panthers.
  10. But you`ve had an official announcement. Its you that has been the claim that a riders refused to be treated, unless your going to cough up the evidence your post has no more credibility than Lawson`s tweet did the other day. Berwick Speedway have made their statement, now you may not like it, you may not agree with, but I`m afraid your going to have to live with as Berwick Speedway will make no further comment, something we maybe all should do.
  11. That efforts no more or less pathetic as the one we had from Mr R Lawson the other day, hopefully your post will go the way as Lawson`s tweet.
  12. I think there`s every chance of seeing Kus on Saturday, a full and firing Berwick team are well capable of a 10pt win on Saturday, after that its in the lap of the Gods what kind of track will be served up, "though the keys are there if you can do better".
  13. With Berwick going with R/R it vital we get the best reserve guest possible, especially as he will be able to take at least one of the R/R rides. I still think Berwick will have enough to see off Sheffield, on aggregate at least, though having a weakened team doesn't help.
  14. Certainly Vissing rides only PL in the UK, though he has had one or two guest booking both in PL and EL. He also rides in Poland and Denmark.
  15. This could be the answer going forward, get a rider to take turns in being ill, we then have a County ambulance at the track and the meeting can continue, jobs a goodun.
  16. Track prep wins every time, to much dirt, not enough dirt, to much water, not enough water. Tractors out to many times, tractors should've been out more. Endless.
  17. Berwick Speedway have made their statement, I doubt very much they will be adding to it.
  18. There is no argument about the track, last Saturday it was poor.
  19. Excellent viewing last, Tai came over very well, I would defy anyone who watches it not to shed a tear when they talked about his dad, especially when reading the letter Rob left for him. Never met Tai, and probably never will, but I hope he stays at the top of our sport for years yet.
  20. Which is why the Berwick Promotion are held in such high regard. Sad to see Matej Kus will miss our trips to Sheffield and Somerset, could be a crucial factor at Sheffield in particular in the KOC.
  21. According to the BSPA site Lamberts average is now 5-79, so you`d think he can double up with a PL team.
  22. Forget about averages, the only way to qualify for 4`s day at Peterborough should be out there on track, until that happens the 4`s will always be a fantastic day out but ever so slightly diminished returns for whoever wins.
