  1. Nicki Pedersen was today transferred from his hospital in Poland to Denmark to undergo further surgery on his broken pelvis.
  2. Sorry but I don't see how Jack Smith strengthens the Diamonds, not unless they bring in two top performers along side. Question is who.
  3. Anyone keeping check on the Chris Harris guesting tour of 2022 can tick Kings Lynn off the list as Harris guests for NK Iversen tonight in their meeting with Ipswich.
  4. Lets hope Cook turns up with a better attitude than he had a couple of weeks ago.
  5. Former Berwick rider Danny Gappmaier has finished a creditable 10th on 6pts in his SGP Qualifier today in Abensberg beating the likes of Broc Nicol 5pts, Adam Ellis 3pts and George Congreve 0pts.
  6. Redcar's Erik Riss has failed to reach the SGP Challenge after finishing on 8pts in his qualifier in Debrecen this afternoon.
  7. Unfortunately George Congreve has failed to make it through to the SGP Challenge after finishing his qualifier in Abensberg Germany with 0pts.
  8. Jye Etheridge making his track return tonight for Belle Vue.
  9. Article on Nicki Pedersen and his season ending accident https://ekstrabladet.dk/sport/anden_sport/motorsport/speedway/nicki-paa-hospitalet-tabt-rigtig-meget-blod/9286387
  10. Scoring system needs to get back to where every ride counts towards your final score, you can fiddle around with the semi`s and final but this current system is next to useless.
  11. Being reported in Poland that Pedersn has fractured his pelvis in two places. https://sportowefakty.wp.pl/zuzel/1004065/zuzel-wiemy-co-ze-stanem-zdrowia-pedersena-i-pawlickiego-nie-sa-to-dobre-informa
  12. Best Indian IMO, sit in or take away http://magnatandooriberwick.co.uk/
  13. I agree with you, but Pedersen has had some big accidents this season. I hope he continues to race for as long as he enjoys it, I am a big fan of him.
  14. Nearest chippy is this one, as Fromafar says the Prior Chippy is best, this is the one I use. Both of these do deliveries. https://www.foulisonline.co.uk/ https://www.thepriorchippy.co.uk/order#/where If you need anymore help on other places to eat, Chinese, Indian, Italian etc please ask away
  15. Etheridge needs to hit the ground running so to speak next Saturday if Berwick are to stand any chance of progressing in the KOC. Maybe he could've used tomorrows meeting at Belle Vue as practice for next Saturday.
  16. According to translated updates Pedersen is complaining of pain in his right thigh. Poor guy has had no luck this season.
  17. Three homes defeats now means its virtually impossible for Berwick to make the play offs, something I thought this team was capable of. To qualify for the play offs Berwick will need to do some very odd things like getting full point wins at the likes of Poole, Leicester etc, something that`s not going to happen. So as we are this morning the Berwick Championship season at home will end on Saturday August 6th. Berwick lead only once last night, at the end of heat one, after that Leicester were pretty much control all night. Very good guest choice in Jason Edwards, sadly Berwick`s choice of guest couldn't do the same and giving the amount of laps he has done round Berwick that`s disappointing to say the least. Good to see Flint back to some kind of form and Harris continues to lead the team, the rest need to look at themselves. Hopefully next Saturday will see the return of Jye Etheridge, can`t come quick enough.
  18. OK so race day is here and its dry and bright. Home is a must for Berwick especially after dropping points in recent home meetings.
  19. Leon Flint now back racing in Sweden after signing on again for Valsarna.
  20. Hopefully Berwick will have learned the lesson of a few ago where they booked Lee Complin as a guest then gave him and the rest of the riders little or no material to work with.
  21. Ace Pijper has won todays 4th round of the British Youth Championships held at Belle Vue this afternoon.
  22. Hopefully Chris Harris continues his good form this weekend, scoring a full 18pt maximum last night for Peterborough.
