It wouldn't surprise me at all. Osborne gone doesn't automatically mean things will be any easier A positive way to look at the situation is that whatever happens next Swindon Speedway can't be in a worse situation than it is currently, but he will still be "gone". chun
It’s hard to find sympathy. Someone so obsessed by money that they want to lie and deceive and take away a pastime so treasured by many.

Reading was also leased and I believe the land is now owned by Prudential unless someone knows otherwise.

I hope, before they closed his coffin, they stuffed his mouth with garlic and drove a stake through his heart (or where his heart should have been). Anyway, if the grieving bride-of-Dracula, Mrs O, is liquidating things, is this the time for the BSPL to get together and buy Swindon stadium? Problem is the BSPL don't have £500 in the coffers let alone £500k

The council told us Speedway would never return there so nobody should be encouraged by the fact the outline is visible. They also said it was now owned by a developer but that could just be a subsidiary of the Pru who had some sort of stake in the land before I believe. Indeed. My point was the company Poole Stadium LTD was previously listed as GI being a "person with significant control and was moved to Toklon being "a person of significant control". Thereby meaning Poole Stadium LTD is not in scope of the Receivers working on GI.
