What is most disappointing from my POV is that he's immediately invited back into the sport, when any self respecting employer would , knowing Garrity's history give the guy a very wide berth.

Surely a typo, he was at Leicester in 2011 and 2017.

2011 would make sense that its chronological order for everyone else.
