I don't think Cairns would take lightly (is that the correct term) to being told to "take it easy" to lower his average.

Especially as he obviously went to Poole as they were the best club to help him progress in his career, right?

After all look at how much effort Poole put into development league speedway 🫢

Though tbf in an interview he did say you need to finish on a high average or a low one. So already has it in mind to look after his average.

First I've heard, him being the new Zmarzlik, Will is going along just fine, four weeks into being 16

How many meetings and teams has he rode in that 4 weeks

His mentor or manager is not doing him any favours

He needs time great prospect but allready looks to be thinking he's a superstar

Hes young and cocky

Needs to develop slowly

How do you know what he needs?

Bet you’ve never spoken to the kid and you’re on the internet calling him cocky and saying he thinks he’s a superstar because he’s taken a couple of guest bookings.

Strange strange behaviour.

I suspect cairns will not score much at all until the playoffs, poole need him to get his average down for next seasons team plans.

Yes but we need him to score some as Starke is not scoring many and Glasgow looking very strong and could easily beat us to top spot.

Isn't Greg Hancock his advisor/manager, probably on a % cut, so someone will benefit from all the extra meetings,  I said earlier on here that I thought he was doing too much too soon, but just wait and see, just hope the next young kid Cooper Rushden, keeps more grounded  ?

I am sure Will and his family keep him grounded and same applies to Cooper. They are young, keen and eager to do well, just need to keep the pressure off so they develop in their own time.

his attitude at meetings has changed playing to the cameras  thats the cocky side

watched some fantastic racing from him last year and he was not showing off as much as he is now

talent is there let it develop and speedway will be the winner

dont want to see him go the way off some other stars who have got the media bug too soon
