With his performances so far,why would they him to be ?

For everyone information gladiatorphil is not a supporter of Plymouth Speedway, in fact more the opposite,he's banned from the Plymouth track by the promotion and has a real chip on his shoulder because of this, people do not get banned very often but the promotion felt strongly enough to do this because of his behaviour. So please do not take his posts seriously as he does have an agenda.

I have been banned from the forum. Did I openly insult or threaten anyone. No !

Did I express an open and honest opinion. Yes!

Did the promotion like having their choices questioned by a mere paying supporter. No !

That is why I have been banned from their forum.

Do I have an agenda. No!

Do I have free and honest speech. Yes!

What is would say Lewy is,unless you are privy to any private conversations between myself and the Plymouth promotion, then you don't really know what you're talking about !!

Location wise probably not the easiest track to get to and for travelling in 2025 that has to be a consideration, along with the track itself, not only is it very small but it’s also far too narrow, see Ben Barkers crash, you get it wrong and not much margin for error and bang your in the fence or over it, the more width you have on the bends the more time you have to bail out or put the bike down.

Plymouth would better suited in a third tier where costs are lower and riders not so fast around such a limited space but still a good track for teaching lesser riders how to turn harder.

That is a total insult.

A lot of the riders, learn the Plymouth track. It's a technical track,it's a track of skill !!

Most tracks these days are gate, open up and go. That's not racing.

Plymouth is an old fashioned style riders track. If a lot of riders can't learn the art of proper speedway riding,we'll,that's their problem not Plymouths !!

I understand your view, however I disagree with it the track is much improved and generally the better riders like it, ask sam masters or indeed any of the Oxford team, barker's crash was purely pilot error and if the track was wider he would have still ended up in the airbags. Track has been improved the last 2 winters let's see what the general consensus is at the end of season . There has been alot of negative stuff about a few tracks already this season bumpy, too slick, too grippy etc. This season Plymouth’s track is really smooth as for prep it can't be to grippy because most riders at championship level wouldn't be able to ride it,however it does now definitely develop different lines as I'm I'm sure we will witness against Glasgow our next home fixture.

Never been to Glasgow or Bell Vue then plenty of passing on both and both are big fast tracks.

I see your point to a degree as other big tracks can be gate and go depends on the standard of riders also.
