And once in the final, anything can happen. There’s only two trophies to go for so even if Lynn don’t make the play offs, if they can walk off with the KOC then it’s been a successful season. Even with the injury issues I didn’t see Leicester beating us at home either. The points look like a lot on the score sheet, but they are getting a lot of rides at 6 to hit those scores. I expect Kvech to match Bomber. Which i like that attitude very much. Alsways walk before you run. so your best hope now is Sam hagon or wait to see what we do when cairns becomes 16. Racin Jason 72 Posted May 31, 2025 Report Share Posted May 31, 2025 The bigger question is do we put far too much pressure on our young riders. a sensational debut season in the NDL doesn’t necessarily equate to a international career. Drew kemp for example was dynamite for mildenhall. Got called up in the championship for Ipswich and scored 14 at Scunthorpe on his debut and everybody’s expectations sky rocketed. big moves to big clubs with big pressure didn’t work particularly well but now he is settled and allowed to progress at his own pace he has blossomed. Ashton was fast tracked to team GB and maybe that was too early ?
