I don't think we did really. Jason had a spell with us in 2023 and struggled with the track surface so I don't think either party would have been keen on another go. I think Luke and Jody have done ok. Personally think Cooper is too young and inexperienced to be thrown in to the Premiership like Cairns who has had a guest appearance for Belle Vue so maybe Cooper could do the same. With regards to Jason it probably helped he rides for Redcar and Danny would have told Ipswich he was available I would think so I doubt anyone else had a chance of getting him. They always say the gap between Champ and NDL is quite big, so imagine going from NDL to doing Champ and Prem at 16 at once. Think it's too much imo. What's the rush? Leicester at home 2pts Oxford and Birmingham home and away - 4 wins 2 bonus = 10pts BV and Sheffield home - 2 wins and bonus points - 6pts Just that Suffolk lot away to deal with..
