TheSmiler
Oh dear đ  Knew Zagar wouldnât return as soon as he went missing for the âvisaâ. Unfortunately think overall theyâre even weaker now. I know thereâs not many riders around though, but hard to see where the next win will come from. Castagna Is a decent rider in the championship but as a swap for a heat leader he is going to get eaten alive. Hume is in very poor form this season also so not sure itâs an improvement on Vuolas. itâs hard to see where the next win will come from for the Brummies, even Oxford are better. Very weak team now.

I'll be amazed if we see him again though Whatever their options they've replaced a heat leader and a reserve with 2 reserves Thatâs a Peter schroeck esqe transfer

JackTheBrummie
God them replacements are shocking, I would've atleast maybe looked at bringing back palm toft (not sure if his still riding) or worrall at 6. At this rate when MJJ goes or Musielak downs tools we will replace them with James Shanes and Adam Kirby Edited Friday at 04:47 PM by JackTheBrummie 4

Assuming this requires approval by the BSPL, can the BSPL then fined Brum for fielding an under strength team?! đ Edited Friday at 04:56 PM by Roger Jacobs Correction

There is not one other rider riding in Poland or Sweden that wants to ride in the UK. Hume is a nice guy but not good enough at this level.

mikebv
Seven teams is (at least), one too many if you can only get so many "World Stars" to ride over here... It was clear from the outset that Brum and Oxford were going to struggle... Birmingham should have rode 2nd tier on Mondays, with guests replacing any DU's having to prioritise the top tier on that night... (Let's face it, one more guest, even in every single meeting, wouldn't surprise anyone)... The "World Stars" don't seem to generate many extra punters when they visit, and even if they get "double digit crowd increases" on those nighs, it still means only 1000 punters or so can be bothered to turn up... It is truly baffling how UK Speedway is allowed to be ran...  Edited Friday at 05:59 PM by mikebv
