szkocjasid
Just seen a picture posted by Nigel Tolley with Ben Trigger (looks to be signing a contract). As Birmingham have already replaced their rising star, surely Trigger isn't the replacement for MJJ is he?

Sings4Speedway
Certainly odd as Plymouth are at Brum tonight in the NDT.....maybe promising to not score too many?

Maybe Tolley was trying to troll the fans by getting Trigger to out his autograph on a napkin for him? But if you continually build the weakest team in whatever division you race in, so that the fans would easily believe you've signed a Champ reserve to replace a Prem heat leader, I'd suggest the joke is on you! heathen52
If it's BB that's signed then it is a very poor signing indeed, Ben is struggling to get points away from home in the Championship never mind scoring in the Premiership, his home average for 2025 is 6.82 and his away average is 2.93 he is on a big downward spiral and is barely a decent 2nd string these days and that's in the Championship, in my opinion they would be better off asking Vuolas back or an Aussie from Scunthorpe. This was the photo with the caption "job done". A he runs a Speedway club, the natural assumption would be Trigger has signed a contract with Birmingham? GiveusaB
Dont think any signing will increase gate revenue... Flogging a dead horse! We know that Nick Morris is available from July 12TH....uh oh!!
TheSmiler
Barker would come in at reserve which would in turn push Jeppesen back into the top 5 and Keynan Rew would be third heat leader… I can’t say I blame the Birmingham promotion. Nobody is going to want to come over for 2 months to a team that won’t exist by September. Tolley has put so much money into the club, what is the point losing much more for a few weeks. 1. Tobiasz Musielak 2. Paco Castagna 3. Keynan Rew 4. Jonas Jeppesen 5. Matej Zagar 6. Ben Barker 7. Sam Hagon (RS) It certainly does look ominous, and I wonder if Nick Morris may well join the team in place of Castagna/Rew for the last few weeks to get himself back on the bike. Don't think Stewart Dickson was joking about him being aware that Nick Morris ban is ending. If averages weaken Leicester's R/R options then I can see Nick joining the Lions as well as the Bandits in the Championship.
