While it was nasty crash he was back riding the next week.

FAST GATER
I was just wondering if there was any news on Scott ,I suspect that he may have had time with his injury to consider this the perfect time to retire as a rider .

Scott Nicholls was interviewed at the track a few weeks ago. Seemed very keen to return, but did say it's likely he'll take the whole season off to recover and will be back in 2026. Ashame for Gilkes though and hopefully he'll be able to recover well and quickly. If he is out for longer, I am looking forward to seeing Gusts at Glasgow as I rate him highly. It could be a bit of a masterstroke in this league, was a shame to see him dropped so soon given his undoubted potential. Presumably he comes in on a 5? Dan always seems to get a nasty knock as he starts getting going and his development goes backwards, real shame for the lad as I think there is something there. Can't see him back before the tail end of the year with those injuries though.

Think he might be on a 4.50 converted from his Prem average which would certainly be a masterstroke as he could go to reserve when Mitch gets his average
szkocjasid
If Gusts rides to his potential, could make them odds on for a top 4 spot.

SPEEDY69
Hi, does anyone have any update on Scott Nicholls and whether he'll be getting his leg over a bike anytime soon?

He does seem a bit vague when it's mentioned during the TNT presentations. It's a bit hard to judge, but it wouldn't be a huge surprise if he retired. I hope not.
Hilly
Great effort from Knudsen in the Danish final, now if only we can get him riding 😀

Hilly
Nicholls had a few laps at Poole on Wednesday and observers say looked a good as ever. How he's actually feeling afterwards will be key.
