Nobody is knocking Kurtz as a rider … fair to say he has stepped up a level this season

But to ride on in the GP last week…. Then miss Thursday only to get a maximum then win the GP is early taking the mickey out of his UK club

No way he will pull out Monday he will be there for a hero’s reception on a track he rides well

wont have to worry about kevck at Bellevue Monday Doyle sorted that.

Yes these racing incidents are shocking …. Do you know Ipswich lost Doyle and Dan Thompson to racing incidents this season?
That’s the breaks in this sport

we dont know how bad the injuries are, will kveck ride for Torun tomorrow or kings Lynn Monday ?

This is the point that Belle Vue fans don’t get

By all means be out injured … I don’t care what meeting a rider chooses as their first meeting back … GP … Poland … England it’s irrelevant….. but don’t ride in one event … then miss one … only to ride the next night

If Kvech rides tomorrow and completes the meeting then doesn’t ride for Lynn that is the same as Kurtz

Kurtz missed the meeting after the GP he got injured in.He made his comeback Friday which is fine, now if he doesn't turn up for the Lynn meeting on Monday that is not fine. But he hasn't really done anything wrong yet.

Plenty of riders continue in meetings when they've been injured, been mentioned about adrenalin being a factor, the pain kicks in next day, joints become swollen and need time to heal. So why keep harping on about the fact he finished the GP as though it's in some way definitive?

I would imagine he can get better treatment in Poland than here, so it makes sense for him to be there and aim to come back on track for his Polish club.

I've not read of one BV fan who has a problem with any of the above and that's all that really matters.

In short... if you finish your full rides in one meeting unless you sustain a non-Speedway related injury (or catch Covid 🤔) then you should be expected to be  competing in your next scheduled meeting... end of!

Kvech did not tonight, so I fully expect him to miss at least his next meeting.

The point you don't 'get' is that it's none of your business.

Only selling 80% of capacity with Zmarzlik is a massive failure.

Formula 1 is always sold out.

Not a failure. This year is the first time it hasn’t sold out and I’m not repeating myself again to say why, check the thread beforehand.

In comparison, SGP ticket here was £55. The next Stał home meeting against Wroclaw next week I’m attending is £12. People aren’t interested in super inflated prices, Warsaw didn’t sell out either FYI.

What is Hancock on? First bend bunching? Sit down!

Some people say referees should be former riders as they can understand what happened during a race. But this shows a former rider being a referee could never exclude someone, because he'd come up with a reason why they rider wasn't at fault!

I few comments on here not true… Zmarzlik had no issue with Kurtz winning and greeted him multiple times smiling and celebrating with him. Zmarzlik also celebrated with the home fans many time (probably off live TV) after the meeting and was smiling and laughing with Kurtz and Bewley. The only thing I noticed that he has changed is that he rides harder now and more aggressive and maybe because he realises someone is really trying to take his crown. All in all, tonight for me had everything, the atmosphere will never be beaten when you come to Poland, the weather was perfect and the racing was great… not gate and go and some good moves. Not many BV fans on here regarding the SGP this week I noticed. Gorzow will remain on the calendar but only give one to Manchester and maybe another goes to Poland, somewhere new.
The comments about empty seats… there were many in the lower tier due to people in Gorzow and Toruń liking to stand under the upper tier with a beer or two and not sit down, although granted, still deffo not a sell out and 3,000 short I would assume.
