Arch Stanton
https://ipswichwitches.co/raceday-guide-birmingham-h/ Both teams “full strength”, for the moment at least. BSN streaming this one. Not the most attractive fixture with the result as near a home banker as you’ll see with all due respect. Let’s hope Birmingham bring their gating gloves and the Ipswich boys leave theirs at home. At least those attending will get a little extra for their money. A second half of sorts, with the Billy Sanders “Champion of the evening”. Two heats and a final featuring the highest scorers from both sides. 40 years ago tomorrow we sadly lost Billy so always nice to see a memorial. His 1979 world final Weslake on display on the terraces amongst other memorabilia.
GeneralMelchett
Can't see anything other than a hefty home win,This will be my second (unless rain intervenes) meeting of 2025 and both will have been against Birmingham.

ShanoXtra
Routine win, more interested in the Billy Sanders heats. He was a true legend of the sport and Ipswich.
Baldyman
Gotta be atleast 65 to the Witches
JamesB
It’s hard to see the Witches scoring less than 60, however things can quickly go wrong in a speedway meeting. Not sure how the Brummies will finally line up on Thursday. Zagar seems to have visa issues which kept him out of the declared line-ups on Monday - will his visa situation be resolved? Rew was also missing from Mondays line-ups with food poisoning which would mean a 7 day ban, however both meetings were postponed. Does a ban still apply as technically he did not miss a meeting but equally he was not in the declared starting line up?
TTT
Ipswich 61 - 29 if the Birmingham 1-7 takes to the track. If Rew and Zagar drop out then Ipswich could hit 70.
Falcon1983
Think a few are getting a bit carried away already.... Brum though not capable of winning the meeting will hit above the 30 threshold, 58-32 I'll go for
THE DEAN MACHINE
If brum can put out a full team they are capable of 40points, question is can they field a full team ?
Siggytastic
Witches will have the upper hand at reserve but if a couple of the Brummies click, it could be closer than people expect.

Huge credit to all involved for honouring one of the finest ever riders in Ipswich colours. I had the privilege of watching him ride for the Brummies in 1979.A class act!! StarBoy
All things being equal with both sides having their full 1-7’s, Ipswich should win this comfortably. 57-33. 1. Doyle - 14 (5) 2. King - 6 (4) 3. Ellis - 6 (4) 4. Brennan - 8 (4) 5. Sayfutdinov - 13 (5) 6. Thompson - 6 (4) 7. Jenkins - 4 (4) Total - 57 1. Musielak - 9 (6) 2. Jeppessen - 3 (4) 3. Jepsen Jensen - 6 (4) 4. Rew - 7 (5) 5. Zagar - 7 (4) 6. Voulas - 3 (4) 7. Edwards - 2 (4) Total -

Today is the 40th anniversary of Billy’s passing and the club are marking the occasion with a special second half. a plaque and mural have been in Billy’s pit space ever since. Fondly remembered and never forgotten even when the compulsory pit hoarding covered the mural a replica one soon was on the pits wall. I remember going to foxhall 40 years ago and how surreal and sense of absolute shock at foxhall. I guess many fans will want to remember Billy and once again pay our respect The second half will be much more significant to many than the league meeting.

Is this a typo and you meant to put 30 points? I can’t see any conceivable way Birmingham restrict this Ipswich team to a maximum 10 point win around Foxhall whether Birmingham are at Full strength or not. Only if the meeting result is in doubt will they get 15. Especially as they’ll each be getting another couple of rides more than likely, in the Billy Sanders Champion of the evening.

Be interesting to see who comes out on top in the champion of the evening and how hard Doyle and Emil try to beat each other…I think in general is a smidge better round Foxhall but Emil is bloody quick!
