Hawkins talking b*llocks as usual 💩 that wasn’t the case at all, there was more to it than that

Nonsense. Complete and utter nonsense.

Still going on about injuries, surprised Ipswich fans not predicting defeat in this meeting as they keep going on how unfit the team  is.

Facts hurt you Rob? Where are you separating Facts from “excuses”? You know full well the extent of the problems Ipswich have faced, you’d just choose to ignore them and pretend they’re “excuses” to protect your own team so if they end up vulturing the pot again you can pretend you deserved it again like all the other Belle Vue “cult”.  Your cult leader Phil, couldn’t give a toss. Ain’t that right Phil? 😉😉

Buster chapman seems to get special dispensation, maybe because he threatens to close if he doesn’t get his way.  Belle Vue get all the major GB evens providing them with a major cash injection to fund their squad…

Can't believe all the Ipswich fans believe everything Hawkins says, that would be a bit like all the Lynn fans believing everything Buster says😂

there was a very good interview in the belle vue programme about the british final and the british final was offered out to clubs but no club wanted to host it, only belle vue was willing, and its also a shared event, the money gets spread amongst all clubs, only thing we benefit in are car park charges and food and drink

What makes me laugh is how Ipswich fans say it was an embarrasment celebrating winning the play off last season and how you would have definately beaten us had you had your full team...really? how can you be so sure? Considering how Bewley, Kurtz, Lidsey came bang into form just at the right time would you really have brushed us aside im not sure. As for this the ridiculous vulturing pot its not any other teams fault injuries played a part we would have won the title at Peterborough if Kurtz had been fit but could we be 100% certain... no. At least we took the defeat without the constant 12 month bitterness and saying Panthers fans celebrating was an embarrassment as one other poster previously posted. If the Liverpool v Wimbledon cup final for example had seen Liverpool curtailed by several injuries Liverpool fans today would still be saying injuries cost them the trophy, in reality it didnt did it. Point being nothing is certain in sport. I really thought Ipswich fans were better than this the arrogance weve seen was really something not associated with Witches fans until recent seasons. As for tonight i think an easy home win, we have the top two riders but lack in the engine room and at reserve to challenge this season.

Where else would you hold a British GP or Speedway of Nations in the UK? The British Final yes share it around, also i dont think the Belle Vue owners are short of a bob or two thanks.

Belle Vue have probably been the most unluckiest team come play offs in modern history,

we finally get a team that are injury free and now win regularly, yes we have had luck on our side but no team in any sport win anything without a bit of luck

True mate the bad luck weve had with injuries seemed to affect us every season starting with the loss of Bjerre in the final against Coventry, we just cursed our luck and accepted it, didnt constantly harp on how we would have won all the time, it gets tedious, also remember when a Les Collins engine failure on the last lap at i think it was at Sheffield cost us the points for another title? We benefitted when Penhall retired so swings and roundabouts, at lest we didnt get all the whinging from heathens fans.

Fancy us to win by maybe 10….. Kurtz seems an improved rider from the beginning of the season and don’t expect to see the rider that ride at Foxhall in the cup when he was shocking …. Bewley can throw in good or bad rides ….
Lidsey is average at Foxhall though he is in form … Cook is usually inconsistent

I think this will be close as Jenkins usually good for 5 at home and I think Foord will struggle to score which is a 10 point swing there

Kurtz is on form at the moment and when he's out in front is one of the quickest guys I've seen around Foxhall.

Bewley too has been fast when his setup is right, so expecting it to be a close one without JJ to back up Dan.

Really hope that Blue Groove isn't there tonight.

Seems that first encounter this year, is still hurting a few folk 😉

regarding tonight, theres no way we can be as bad as the cup fixture, we have had some good results here in the past few season, but we had better reserves then.

im going for 53-37

Think you are doing yourself a disservice there! It'll be a closer than that score line I believe. Vinnie probably won't pick up any points, maybe in heat 2 only.

King Ellis and Brennan are still hit and miss so you don't know what you'll get.

And you'll get a 5-1 in Heat 15 when Doyle wipes out Emil😂

Wasnt that the year that Hans Andersen was also injured in the play off final at Belle Vue.

I think that's a fair comment.  If those 4 are on it, then the bonus point is a real possibility.  Expect Kurtz to have 6 rides and rack up plenty of points, but Doyle will be up for this too... he won't like the idea of someone coming to his track and out scoring him
