Bald Bloke Posted yesterday at 10:41 AM Report Share Posted yesterday at 10:41 AM Looks like it's going to be a close one. I expect Kurtz, Bewley and Lidsey to grab around 30-32 between them. Leaving Blodorn, Cook, Zischke, and Mulford needing 15 ish between the 4, for a narrow away win. We need a fit and ready NKI, otherwise RR, although not ideal, would probably bring us more points. What we do know, is that the Stars will give it 100%.

StarBoy Posted yesterday at 01:16 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 01:16 PM If it’s on, then it will be a Stars win. 48-42, with the Stars winning the Super Heat for aggregate.

DaveWayne Posted yesterday at 01:57 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 01:57 PM Just a bit of context for those always looking for the conspiracy theory, this is a statement issued by the Kings Lynn stock car promoters on Friday : Saturday 19th July – Cancelled We are sorry to advice that this Saturday’s event is cancelled. With Heavy rain forecast for much of the day, including MetOffice Amber Thunderstorm warnings, we have taken the tough decision to cancel the meeting. Cancelling is never an easy decision, but we don’t believe with the current forecast we would be able to put on a quality event that we endeavour to do each meeting and with the forecast for Sunday also showing rain, rescheduling is not an option either sadly.
Daniel Smith Posted yesterday at 02:11 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 02:11 PM King's Lynn need this meeting & for Lawson to score 4 or less otherwise Cook becomes the No6 from the 1st August.
kelvinht Posted yesterday at 02:26 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 02:26 PM We need Lawson to score more than 4 to help us win the match. Cook dropping to 6 is worse that his current position in the team. Maybe that will force a team change if your numbers are correct... Can't see this being anything other than a rain off....if the stocks were cancelled on Saturday you'd hope the track is in a better place to start with to give Buster a chance... Just a recheck, it'll be a 12 that drops off his rolling average so I think a 7 may keep him just under 6. We need to keep one of our own at No6 as it's more likely to score double figures. If Cook goes at reserve we'll have the inconsistency of guests trying to double figure. That's a tough ask. The only solutions (which helps vs Leicester in the Cup Final) is we make Lawson drop points in this match or a decent replacement. What's most likely to happen?? Most importantly, what'll help us win a trophy?? This meeting is a dead rubber in the grand scheme of things. The Cup Final & finding solutions to win that are far far greater. 👍🏻

Edit:match off tomorrow night. Not surprising really with all the rain and the forecast for tomorrow. screm Posted yesterday at 04:39 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 04:39 PM From Kings Lynn Our home clash with Belle Vue on Monday has been postponed due to torrential rain leaving the track flooded. The conditions also led to a major stock car event at the venue being called off, and further downpours are forecast for raceday.
