Shaleshifter
On Wednesday the Pirates take on the Cheetahs with league points up for grabs. Early on in the season they gave us a lesso in gating and walked away with victory in the Bsn fixture. Can the Pirates gain revenge. Mitch McDiarmid was impressive last time around although he was at reserve and you know what Sam Masters is capable of around Wimborne Road. Not sure if Jonas Knudsen has ridden at Poole before it may have been with Berwick. Luke Killeen isn't quite as dominant as he was last season and the rest of the team are hit and miss. Sticking my neck out, I feel we can win this but need a better performance all round after last week against the Comets. Thoughts?

Ripping their own and others fans off all year with their select sides.

Thoughts? Lol, he was riding when they won in the BSN meeting! Got 7+2 riding at no3. His and Mitch's score are the main reason they did win. I mean we have a Dane so Weds night is doable although he did say he'd put UK ahead of Denmark with any fixture clashes as something to do with not much else for him to learn riding in Denmark compared to the UK(if my memory is correct from p+p day!). Whilst I agree Knudsen has missed more Wednesday nights for Oxford than he has ridden I'd have to say the age difference between him & Thomson would possibly suggest Knudsen is still unable to miss his national league fixtures. With Gusts his situation is slightly complex as he was in Oxfords Premiership squad racing on Thursday night & then was dropped to the Championship side but he had already commited to race on Wednesdays for a Danish club so where a clash occurs the Danes have priority. I see it's a bit messy & agree that the fans are not seeing their riders each week but at least we are all getting to see speedway racing win loose or draw.

Looks like he's riding in same U24 Polish meeting that Cairns was in today, so should be okay to get a flight over i would have thought. So possibly just down to the one guest now. Pirates 50-40 in a tough encounter Pilots are not as good as the fans think they are, after last week's struggle to beat the comets 😁 will it be normal service at wimboard road for the pilots 🤔 Oxford not strong on paper, but neither were the comets 😁 hope the flat white has calmed your nerves, may need something stronger later on tonight
