Poole v Plymouth Championship

Klindt's absence on Wednesday is a legitimate senior Danish League meeting which takes precedence for Danish riders. So Plymouth get a full guest facility.

I know, that's the point I was making. When Klindt missed a couple of matches because he was racing the following day, Plymouth could have got a full guest facility then - by declaring he was "withholding his services".

They chose not to do that, so my response would be "if you didn't need a full guest then, you don't need one now"

I'm not saying Plymouth are breaking any rules on Wednesday, just that the rules need tightening up.

Hypothetically Klindt could miss every match for the rest of the season, with Plymouth alternating between a 75% guest & a full guest apparently?

Dan is an excellent choice of guest and certainly changes some perceptions of how competitive Plymouth will be here. Darryl will obviously be out to prove a point here and put himself in the shop window for the rest of the season and beyond. It's going to be an interesting week with these two going head to head.

I think Darryl has already shown he's better than a 2 point rider, but obviously no harm in reminding promoters of that.

But that's also the main reason he didn't get a new club, he no longer has a 2.00 average. Riding exactly 6 matches for Poole then getting replaced was the worst thing that could've happened to him, rode himself out of a team spot.

I hope Poole never come back to the top league so I don’t have to read ridiculous comments like this every week.

Don't worry, the top league will no longer be there way before Poole even think about moving back up.

I can't see Ford helping anyone out tbh. But if there is one league, we will have Poole in it i guess.

Ford is the promoter at Coventry, said so at the inquiry. Would mean Poole stay where they are anyway.

I might be having a blond moment, but why would Ford being promoter of non running Coventry, have an impact on where Poole ride?

Yes I agree Alfie is a great lad battered and bruised nothing broken

Two off my grasstrack mates at the Masters said that he might have been concussed. No proof though. Wonder if speedway concussion protocols apply to a grasstrack (or similar) incident?
