Cross Roads
Terribly sad day for Midlands speedway, will be there tonight. Hoping for a Lions win to keep the momentum going into the play offs.
Col
Easy win for Lions I suspect. Sad night for West Midlands Speedway, likely to be the regions final meeting. Don't forget your sunglasses & caps, it was bad at NSS earlier it's always bad at PB. Gonna be squinty.

They should never have been allowed into the PL, special dispensation to ride Monday in CL was the common sense solution for Brum

GiveusaB
I hope we dont have to read all the shi£e from bham fans saying hard luck etc... its the prats that have supported the current set up thats contributed to the demise of the club! Rogers has run us in to the ground...God help the next club that ends up with him!

Did you expect it to be close?🤭Very clearly most of the home riders weren't up for it,but it has been like that for more than a few years now unfortunately.Had the opportunity tonight to leave the stage with a bang but the home riders had other ideas!!Shameful end!!!!🤬

Speedway in the UK should stop pretending to be a team sport, it made up of individuals seeking a living and it will never go back to the halcyon days of a team sport. Birmingham played its part but alas it got swallowed up in the shambles that is today portrayed a league of teams which is a joke. Birmingham and its backers gave it the best they could but were never going to be a success in the contrived farce that is league racing in this country. Birmingham, hold your head up as a contributor, you did make a difference.

This was alluded to by Jason Edwards - he said where was team spirit at Ipswich you don’t get at other clubs - of course some will say he was saying that as he’s got a vested interest in saying that - which I don’t believe actually! TheSmiler
A huge shame that the Brummies have gone out with such a whimper. A complete disgrace from Musielak tonight who retired in three of his five rides. Also a disgrace from him & Zagar not to come out with the rest of the team to applaud and say goodbye to the fans. Wank3rs.

He was planning to, but travelling up whilst injured to sit in the pits didn’t take his fancy. Fitting end to watch Andy Grahame take some final laps after the meeting. THE DEAN MACHINE
No excuse for that performance tonight, it was woeful but it kind of didn’t matter in the grand scheme of things, the council again proving they are tossers, shutting the doors and turning people away after 1500 fans, saw lots of old faces there tonight, where have you been all year ? Really felt like where do we go from here as a sport ? And at this point I don’t know and I don’t have the faith in the people running it either, it really felt like a funeral tonight and not just for Birmingham speedway
