Yes going to be tricky but MPT has said he will be ok and always risky using guests especially from a local rival. Palovaara was better recently, I think r/r is the only option for Paco considering lack of guests available.

Interesting , but entertaining meeting . We threatened a couple of times to pull the aggregate score back , but Poole just always had enough to keep their noses in front . 

Hopefully the Invisible man is back for Friday as we can't seem to get a guest capable of scoring more than 3 .

Silly how anyone thinks losing Lawson for Jeppesen isn't a disadvantage.

Lawson especially the second half of the season has been different class for Poole and the top rider in the league. Regardless of a previous score at Glasgow (how often do away riders match successive scores at tracks), losing the leagues number 1 to be replaced by Berwicks third heatleader is a disadvantage. Would Lawson of scored more than 9 from 5? Almost certainly.

Still a great effort from Jeppesen and will be in demand next season. 
 

Was hoping Glasgow went through to be honest, can't stand Poole these days with knobends like Shovlar spouting nonsense all the time. Only have to read the absolute crap he comes out with about football to know he is clueless. 
 

Clubs also need to seriously be punished for signing part time riders now as well. Nagel, Klindt and Knudsen in particular have all taken the absolute p""s this season and if the clubs know about these clashes before signing then they should be fined. Considering how little meetings there are these days , its a joke that riders are turning up for only 50 percent of meetings.

The Invisible man (aka Nagel) is listed for Grinsted in the Danish SuperFinal tomorrow. 

Wonder if he will have made a miraculous recovery from his injury absence tonight 🤔

First of all thank you to those who allowed the stream to happen. Thought the production was top draw and although I do take it for granted I really shouldn't.

Begrudgingly well done to Poole. You deserved it over the two legs. Without the best rider in the league and Kerr after his first ride. 

Glasgow were very strong at 3 and 4. Howarth battled away but didnt make a start all match. I dont like the Glasgow Nagel situation and it may well cost them as a result, as good as he is and he is very good.

Congratulations to Poole! The better team over thirty races.

I would first like to say how welcoming the Glasgow fans are and despite being knocked out of the Cup how gracious they were in defeat as they shared handshakes. The Glasgow fans are a credit to the sport.

But hey never write the Pirates ☠️ off and I hope Richard and Lewis aren't out for long wishing them a speedy recovery. Well done to the boys and thanks to Jonas for stepping into some big boots.

Thanks for the kind review, shame you didn't get to see Nagel, Glasgow fans generally give credit where it is due, have a safe journey home, we may meet again in the playoffs, if not, enjoy the rest of your season.

I dont think they had much choice, difficult getting riders mid season and to be fair Kerr has got better but he does seem to get more issues with his equipment than most other riders.

A lot will depend if Nagel is riding and if not, who will be replacing him. 

I thought it was a tactical move by Glasgow to take MPT out and use the reserve Max Perry to get his 3rd ride out of the way.

Cairns was outstanding last night and continues to exceed expectation, but I agree with the sentiment of your second paragraph.

The standard of British speedway is abysmal and the level of rider coming through is so far removed to what this country once produced.

The British Under-21 final earlier this season was like watching one of Scott Nicholls’ training schools. The focus for 90% of that field was safely getting around two bends; not actually racing. It was so poor.

Once upon a time, we had Lorams and Screens, then we had Steads and Allens, then we had Kennetts and Bridgers, but now we don’t.
