Howarth was slow in heat 13, but better earlier in the meeting. And had been a last heat decider hero all season. Had Howarth been able to force his easy under Cook in the first bends and Bomber followed him through then Cami would have been a genius for picking him

And going by what everyone else was saying i'm probably the only one on here who is happy to see Freddy back for the Tigers. I realise he was up and down all season but he did show signs that he was progressing overall so coming back on a sub-3 point average was a good decision by the club to re-sign him. I hope Max Perry manages to get a spot with another team because he's worthy of a No 7 spot in this league. I also think Edinburgh will be stronger than last season when they pushed Glasgow very, very close to a place in the Grand Final so i think now is not the time for Tigers' fans to start getting too excited, at least not until September when an underperforming rider gets replaced by a Tarasenko or a Nagel as has usually been the case. Just my opinion.

With a real No1 Monarchs should be strong Team + a good home advantage.

Remember the play off semi final against Oxford at Ashfield when he left Pijper in against Boughen. The pair crashed with Pijper possibly lucky not to get excluded. However he wasn't fit enough to go in the rerun and Complin was brought in. He put in a great ride which turned the meeting in our favour and took us to the final, the one we won. CB got out of jail that night.
