Castagna and Cook are the main issues at present along with the track surface, and I suspect there's a culture of everybody turning up on a Monday/Thursday evening and hoping it'll all come together. The whole thing definitely needs some fresh impetus. When the team was announced I wasn’t too pleased they had signed Cook and Castagna.Cook let us down big time last year.I always thought where he gates he stays or goes further back.I don't think I have seen him overtake anyone yet in the Stars kevlars. And the signing of Castagna blew my mind,he isn't that good in the Championship. Regards the track, that has been awful the last couple of meetings.Dust from the off and all meeting long.Need to get Buster back on it asap. Regardless of who the original septet is, it's irrelevant to ambition. 2-3 injuries / flop performances are highly likely in this game within every team year in year out. A clubs ambition for the season is always only shown by how they cope with adversity. King's Lynn always shows their ambitions year in year out by, if that initial 1-7 doesn't work, it's "oh well, go again next year." There never is any effort to remove poor, underachieving performance from the team. The fact Cook & Castagna can still roll on as they are shows an incredible 'lack of ambition'. To be fair to Buster... A lack of ambition to win what exactly?.. The only "prize" appears to be a couple of extra home meetings which should deliver a few hundred more fans... KL seems to get OK crowds each season regardless of performances, so spending more money won't necessarily mean more fans to justify the cost... Has KL got the F1 World Championship this season? As that will certainly bring a decent amount in to support any Speedway costs... Edited 2 hours ago by mikebv

I agree they both need replacing imo.But you saying Lynn showing lack of ambition in replacing riders again i agree, but then you say there is no one in the Championship of note who could replace Castagna and no stand out foreigner neither, what would you suggest then to replace Castagna to show ambition as you said there is no one.
