Poland can't be paying Drew's bills, Godfrey should get him signed up in time for Berwick away.

They get decent signing on fees though. He wouldn’t want to have to pay that back if he was to miss meetings.

crescent girl
Well, the changes have been made. What they are I do not know -- but Workington have announced Simon Lambert as a guest on Saturday, clearly meaning he isn't going to be at Berwick......... RS50
Can not see it making much difference to the team. They could really do with a good second heat leader.

szkocjasid
A fully fit Dan Gilkes would be a good signing, but a just back from injury, hasn't ridden for a year Dan Gilkes? I'm not sure that strengthens them at all? Edited May 5 by szkocjasid

Yeah, they could've done with using their spare points somewhere.

This will happen if Godfrey can get the Kemp deal over the line, there’s still points to play with after the first announced change

Two years ago he was a real prospect but injury has stalled his progress. On his day a EWR specialist so given time he could be an inspired signing. Tough on Lambo whos is a club stalwart but this is Speedway. Rob has never been less than loyal to his riders so it will not be an easy decision. Sure all of us wish Lambo the best and he wont be without a team place long. Welcome Dan; he knows the EWR well so that should be a big help.

Paul Johnson
We have to get Kemp at 5, we cant use a sub 6 pointer at 5 thinking hes really an 8, plus Gilkes and Kemp are team mates at Leicester ,for me Connor has to go,hes a good little rider but needs a Prem place to keep him racing. Im not sure if Kemp comes we can get Vuolas? Theres no point being 2 under the limit and not using them..So what averages are we lookiong at for Kemp and Vuolas? szkocjasid
Kemp would be a brilliant signing, would change the team dynamic greatly.
