Lawson distracted by home stuff over the last month, Cook did ride slowly in ht 14 9 check the ht time)but probably knew Starke was no where near quick enough, Rowe was pants and really needs to step up next yer or the team building that is planned will be exposed. Kerr was poor but got shat on at Redcar not getting ht 15. Toby needs to keep his right foot on the footrest and then he would not lose control so easily. Tobies crash though did not make a difference as Scott and Milford falls lost more points.

Well done and congrats to Gavin Parr and his Bears. It was nip and tuck upto heat 10 andToby's crash when on a 5-1, which knocked the stuffing out of the Pirates. There was some good racing, some great passes (nb. Glasgow fans) and both teams had some gating success (nb. Glasgow fans), but the Bears were just that bit better overall.

Think a major shake up is required, do have simular concerns with Rowe tbh I think we need him back to no3 and for him to stay there all of the season,I feel like we need a no5 rider but one who has the capabilities to stay with us for a few years someone who will allways be a championship rider and not getting riders in fir a couple of seasons and they then move on.

Absolutely, it's just a pity that his back was so sore that night that he couldn't turn up at Ashfield and prove the internet doubter trolls wrong. On a more positive note it's fantastic that his back improved so much overnight that he could take part in the individual meeting at Poole the next day and that he was well enough to get second

Special mention for Jody Scott who put it all out there, an inch from the fence. Certainly a rider on an upward trajectory.

Redcar got a very warm reception from all the Poole fans when they went over to their fans after heat 14. Poole fans really are the best out there.

What you mean the ones who could be bothered to stay? As for Tobias, See Jody Scott. Swings and roundabouts both on 5-1s both fell, so did not affect the over all scoreline. Fair play to Middlo for taking the loss in a sporting fashion and congratulating the Redcar manager.

You won the double had a chance of a treble, but you Poole fans want a big shake up. I really can't work out what more do you guys want from the riders? They gave it their all. It's sport, sometimes you lose and in most cases you won.

Happy Redcar won, it would have been wrong a team that only won one match in the qualifiers win a trophy.

Poole still the team of the season and if they have Rushen next year they will clean up.

And might have won if he didn't go through tapes on purpose to get his 2nd bike  and start from 15 Mt's  but no option so dropped a heat

Doesn't matter how a team qualifies, wouldn't have been wrong if Poole won imo. I am however delighted Redcar won.

Agree that whoever signs Rushen will be massive favourites for the league in 2026.

Hearty congratulations to the bears who deserve something from a good season that was ultimately nearly undone by injury's at pivotal times . Scott's concussion murdered them in the play off.

I think if you found the source of the rumour, you’d realise how it came about.

Who would leak it? Certainly not the testers and no one else would know that they were coming. In Rich's defence he's just become a dad and there was circumstances connected to that causing him to miss meetings too.
