SPEEDY69
Dry slick tracks suit some more than others and no surprise that Musielak did well given his Polish experience, certainly made the meeting a little more entertaining. Not sure what's going on with Lawson but I don't think the Ipswich management will be too impressed but if he was genuinely ill then that can't be helped. Will King be back on Thursday and if so, then R/R could be used for Lawson if he's still ill?? Edited July 7 by SPEEDY69

This is a real problem for the return match against Leicester on Thursday as all six premiership clubs are in action. Also, if Lawson fails to produce a medical certificate he could be facing a 28 day suspension for withholding his services. He did the same disappearing act in Denmark a couple of weeks ago - in between riding in the UK on the Monday/Thursday either side. Very strange....

It was speedway related accident and he has a rib injury?

I’ve already mentally checked out of this season. Even if we finish fourth we ain’t gonna win it so Lynn can have it if they want 😁

Box office Reminds me of the 2011 Fours Final when Matt Tréssarieu twice passed the unbeatable Kauko Nieminen on the original too narrow version of this track. They advised him to continue to the track and just get there when he could so the medic could sign him out the meeting officially I assume they could then use IRR but he wouldn’t do that so then frantic phone calls were made to get Freddy Hodder to ride who did a decent job and looked on the pace . I have it on good authority that Richard Coleman was not at all impressed with Lawsons attitude so will be interesting to see if any action is taken against him. As others have said though Flagrag what can they do as far as replacements go , he's a 7 point man in this league in his sleep at Prem level so other than a telling off I can't see many options. Sack him off now, Richard Coleman hinted they weren't happy with riders being late, missing track walks, wrong kit & missing parade truck (all done by Lawson) and he doesn't fit the team ethos they seem to be trying to install.

He was also the only rider to not do a victory lap after a victory despite being told to do so.
