Cami said it all came down to the choice of guests and whilst i agree with him saying that Drew had an awful night you have to quantify it with Justin Sedgmen also having a nightmare afternoon and scoring the exact same points as Kemp. If Howarth had been at number 1 and if Sedgy had scored his usual points around Ashfield the score wouldn't have been very much different from what it was. Kye and Dan were head and shoulders above all the home riders and if the Tigers are going to keep Chris at number 3 so he can't compete in heat 13 against the best that the opposition has to muster then Glasgow are going to keep having nights like this when having your best riders in the biggest heats will often swing a meeting. Why is Chris at 3 competing against the opposition's second string at the business end of the meeting anyway? Is this another example of tactical genius from Cami once again?

Fans, (plural)?………Bottles and other projectiles?……..I’m pretty sure it was a plastic tumbler thrown by one fan who’d had too much to drink and he was subsequently barred for a long spell.  No excuse, but the action was out of character for the said fan by the way.

Spot on, it was 1 fan, who threw a plastic beer tumbler and he was escorted from the stadium and banned, he reacted unwisely to Ellis Perks making gestures to the Glasgow fans and Nickinho, seems to have a lot of negative things to say, considering he appears to be a Glasgow fan.

They did two. And it was very well deserved. Was there not some added spice because Stewart Dickson had left only the year before?

Friday was definitely a long way short of being the worst thing I’ve seen in speedway, but someone should have a word with the lad and tell him that’s not on.

Obviously, we will rank the Monarchs in the league at the end of the month, as that’s the one that matters…

Although maybe we could arrange the Cross-Border Cup with Berwick and see if that can fit in the *ahem* crammed trophy cabinet?

Cluff did go to Kevin's pit bay to appologise and went to the ambulance to see how Kevin was. Hopefully he will learn from his mistake.

KJP is still in hospital and  they are just keeping a eye on him as he has some  problems with breathing but  asking how his bike is lol

The difference was Kyle was not there and Justin who was so his points would not have been any different

Harris has been poor this season and is getting on in age, so yes I think its fair to say he has lost his edge. 

Chis Harris has qualified by being in the top 4 of a qualifier where as Pace got a wildcard so not quite the same

I think that was said in the heat of the moment, I spoke to Mitch and congratulated him on his performance, he did apologise saying that he didn't realise the full extent of the situation, he didn't mean to upset anyone and looked cut up about his faux pas. Again congratulations to the monarchs, deserved the win, I hate the nasty comments on here from some of the both sets of fans. Give credit where credit is due.

Fair enough but even so the line up is hardly top quality. 
 

Harris has quite obviously been off it this year and without looking at his average I would say its well down on last season.

Mitch Cluff  came into KJP's pits straight afterwards and apologised and then waited after the meeting to apologise in person to Kevin in the ambulance.  As KJP has personally stated he has no issue with it, he himself said its easy to understand how Mitch got caught in the moment of finishing a great night of scoring.  Mistake made,apology given, riders no issue, subject closed.

What were the 'other projectiles' ? I'm not doubting it happened i'm just curious as to what else the fans in the main stand would have thrown....Might have been coins i guess, but i've generally got nothing else on me other than my car/house keys, program board and a pen

Hypothetical i know.......but if Kyle was in Heat 10 when Sedgmen scored his only points it would've been a 5-1 to Glasgow.

Just out of curiosity what were the other choice of guests we could've of had  ? R/R would've been better, but it's a diddy competition which I'm happy for The Monarchs to win. 🤪
