Odds On Posted yesterday at 06:56 AM Report Share Posted yesterday at 06:56 AM Other sports do it so is it time speedway introduced it? more and more sports are micing up referee's so that they can announce how they made a decision. Last night in the Sheffield/Kings Lynn meeting the referee made a decision that baffled just about everyone, to add credence to the decision it would of been interesting to see how they came to it,
arnieg Posted yesterday at 08:04 AM Report Share Posted yesterday at 08:04 AM The main impact would be to demonstrate what a bunch of childish whingers many team managers are.
mikebv Posted yesterday at 08:46 AM Report Share Posted yesterday at 08:46 AM Having watched last nights incident, you have to say, it was a "strange" decision.... One rider changed his line, and one didn't... With the one changing his line riding into the one who didn't... With the one changing his line, and riding into the one who didn't, NOT getting excluded!!

Referee is shown as Craig Ackroyd who to be fair has always comes across as consistent and fair, however he had an trainee with him last night Josh Night, no idea who made the final decision but as I said Craig’s probably one of better refs. BlueIn2Red
The strangest thing about the Ben Cook exclusion at Sheffield was that the referee had access to the BSN replays as well. Fair enough sometimes they get it wrong in the heat of the moment, but when you can view footage multiple times? Bizarre indeed.

SPEEDY69
Both refs were apparently struggling to adapt to the supplied Sheffield blinkers, making reviewing the TV footage almost impossible. Edited 4 hours ago by SPEEDY69 Duplicated for some reason
