CHAMPIONSHIP PLAY OFF FINAL - SCUNTHORPE v POOLE v SCUNTHORPE (2 & 7 October)

Recommended Posts

It is almost ironic the news about Man City coming out of late and pirates winning the league again this season. Both clubs riddled with back handers, brown envelopes and cheating top to bottom, left to right and up and down. Cheating is part of Pooles DNA.

Never in a million years was the referee excluding Zachery Cook in that situation tonight.

Feel for Scunthorpe, they have been utterly cheated and robbed of a season that their riders and fans would have remembered forever.

Maybe next time Zachery Cook can just do donuts round the starting gate for his 4 laps? Would not make a difference either way.

Can you show us proof then?

The photo he is showing clearly shows Cooks back wheel on the line. No one seems capable of posting a photo showing Cook ‘cheated’.

Interesting that when Scunny eventually came over for their medals and Nij interviewed David Howe, he didn't say one word about the Zach situation. Maybe he scared of Poole fans too then. 🤷‍♀️

I only heard about it after the celebrations when a Poole fan said it was on the line but was very very close to being over.

Is it be possible he didn’t comment as not to compromise any appeal that may be made?

Louis Kerr announcing his retirement to the crowd was a sad moment in the celebrations. He said he goes out on a high having ridden for the biggest club in British speedway for two whole seasons and has the team suit to prove it. He said Poole were the Manchester Utd of the sport.

Evidence shows that to be the case.

Scunthorpe riders came over, shook everyone’s hand, took their runners up medals and David Howe was interviewed.

Deliberately ignoring the obvious…

Seeing things in a certain light…

Is that what happened with certain company you kept?!

Commented on BSN didn't he? Never seen a ref been overruled before. Can you exclude a rider from a race a week later?

And who is Louis Kerr? I’ve heard of Lewis Kerr … is he his brother? Do you not know your own team
