  1. Lots of Premiership championship and national league riders blowing off the cobwebs. Track was fantastic today
  2. Have you to use them in Poland here it's up to the rider . Riders are aware transponder has to be used
  3. thats no quite true , and i do think it will be a surprise to most when final rider is announced and prove that certain posters on here know nothing
  4. But that's the point mate previous rules gave them no choice and riders who were nowhere near the level required were getting rides . They have that choice so it's up to them who they pick .
  5. Agree mate at the time he was going ok in the youth series but that was on a 250 not a 500 and for point of clarity he hadn't raced a 500 competitively till he rode at Berwick for Mildenhall. Also he rode as a guest at number 5 for Mildenhall in 2023 when they could have got a higher averaged rider because he was still on a 3 because he hadn't ridden at Workington.
  6. Personally don't think it's about winning it about developing as I've said before.
  7. HOw did it work for luke mate he went in as un attached 3 pointer for Mildenhall in 2022 has never had a guest booking at national league level in the reserve berth , if anything this ruling probably would of worked against him if it was in place then . On your point of putting a kid in and who cares if he's tailed off I totally agree as I don't but plenty of fans on here will whine about it saying there not good enough.
  8. Exactly this takes away that anomaly
  9. What's unraveling.? Doesn't the regulation say if average same or lower so like for like swap
  10. No not at all deal for championship was complete before any mention of NDL we like every other rider believed there would be no league. when it was becoming apparent there would be a league he had other offers and chose Scunthorpe/Sheffield as it's not a track juniors to ride very and often the majority of the meetings will be there.
  11. Personally think it's a brilliant decision to up the limit so max can get a team . Let's be honest none of the leagues teams would have built any different to what they did any way so it can't be a bad thing.
  12. Morning Martin every time we have raced in Poland it is as you describe
  13. What rubbish you speak would definitely be a 2 at scunny
  14. That's my understanding but this is speedway so could be Aussies or Poles
  15. As I understand it, It is a series for NDL riders only where the top 2 available riders from each club compete along with 4 wildcards as selected by the club running the event
  16. In the National league you can turn up with tyre fitted but has to be approved in the championship it is supplied by the home track already marked and is fitted there
  17. The spare tyre is one previously issued and marked and inspected by the machine examiner and it Must be used. Fuel is not supplied to the riders you have to buy your own
  18. Scunny definitely not over paying based on what was offered and accepted by us. 10 more meetings is the key for us not money or a league title that really dont mean a great deal
  19. How come you don't talk this much sense in the flesh
  20. Or 3 for 1 as e could visit his close friend JD whilst getting cheap carrots
  21. No idea but can't see its relevance to the thread about a National league team
  22. come on Mr B please post in the relevant section not the scunthorpe sheffield thread
  23. From personal experience we found that it was a must to have 2 complete bikes and a rolling chassis for a back up in case of a crash and a third engine sat waiting to go in when one went for service when doing 2 leagues . If only doing national league with the sparse fixture list would of got away with two complete bikes as alway time to get stuff fixed or serviced
