Smolinski wouldn't be a bad signing at all. Some people on this thread talk like Britain is still a worthy league that can do better than Smolinski  Get real mate, we've only got the Aussies over here so they don't have to learn Polish.

Just to be clear the Smolinski talks are for short term cover for Kildermand who has finished his temporary cover for Chris Holder. Chris' situation is partially explained in the Speedy Star this week. (Apologies if this has already been stated!!)

I agree its hard to find riders who want to ride here......but Smolinski for Kildemand is an awful move

Hopefully is a short term thing untill Chris sorts things out. Its not been a good start for us, not what we wanted.

I understand that totally and the Holder issue , wether he was back to his best or not, has caused Poole problems this year.

Kildemand shown in flashes what he can do but surely Poole fans cant be happy with Smolinski

You got to admit kildermand  hasn't done the biz can't see smolinski being any worse. unless Poole start winning this season will be poorer than last year imo

Of course Smolinski isn't the answer but Kildermand hasn't exactly set the world alight has he. We all want Holder back but it seems he has messed up his chance of a visa for the time being.

Kildemand has been absolute pants. Either missing the gate by a mile or chosing wrong lines or someone farts in the crowd and he falls off. Been abysmal cover for Holder.

Smolinski is no answer but being used as a stop gap. You never know he might suprise us and put another rider out of a job.

Kildermand had good scores in his first 3 meetings and Poole fans all wanted him to stay , now you fickle lot want him gone!

He has been far from abysmal and dont forget he is riding in a poor team which will drain confidence to.

Smolinski for Kildemand is quite simply shocking. He was awful in 2013 and he hardly getting better.

If you think he is a better option than PK im astounded.

The Holder issue is destroying Pooles season...............will he ever ride over here this year?

If - as it seems - it is proving too difficult to get the 'top speedway riders' riding over here in this country despite moving to almost fixed day racing ( possibly because British Tracks cannot afford them ? ) ... then cannot be too far away from having one large League in GB surely ?
