Garry1603 353 Posted December 28, 2018 BV have the potential to be play off contenders but there are several unknown quantities this season. The starting seven will probably not be the team come around June anyway (like most clubs) so there's no point speculating their final position yet.

Yes it was an unfortunate racing incident at Workington, three riders going for the same piece of the track at the same time. One of the worst crashes I have seen at Workington. Get well soon Dan. Sounds like a comment re Peter Collins... he could not gate for toffee....but think how much fabulous racing we saw simply because he could not gate !!!
acef 795 Posted January 1, 2019 Don’t think there is a lot wrong with his gating. He was consistent in the uk last season. But poor in Poland.
Sidney the robin 4,735 Posted January 1, 2019 Fricke will get there and he will be a GP regular in time, he was unlucky last year and we all forget just how young he still is.He has crammed so much in over a short amount of time he is a rider i love to see ride a class act.
hyderd 1,216 Posted January 1, 2019 I agree Max is a class act and fab to see coming from the back round the NSS, but to be world champ it helps enormously if you can put 3 or 4 good gates each round of the GP's, if Max can master that then he has a great chance of fulfilling his dream. Daniel Smith 5,661 Posted January 1, 2019 I don't think Max will make the grade on the World stage. I think he'll fall behind both Brady Kurtz and Jack Holder. Can't put my finger on it but I just think Fricke just has that little bit of magic missing from his locker. Put him in the same bracket as Sam Masters
