Maybe the riders wanted a deep grippy track- not what they were getting, so if they said that the track had been completed flooded in midweek they had an answer for producing a track that suited the riders.

What's wrong with producing a grippy track?

As long as the track isn't dangerous, there should be no problem.

Does anyone else think Czestochowa deliberately sabotaged the track due to them potentially having financial problems behind the scenes?

I've been suspicious of this Czestochowa side for a while this season. Every meeting they have a couple of passengers and I wonder whether it's down to them not getting paid.

Doyle has a few very poor meetings on the spin.

Then it's Madsen's turn to have a few poor meetings on the spin.

Then onto Lindgren & Przedpelski who also do the same as the two above.

The only reason I can think of for the deliberate sabotaging of the track is because they haven't got the money to pay their riders. Otherwise why would you deliberately cost yourselves a play-off spot.

There's a heck of a lot of money going into Polish speedway.

Great, unless the spending's higher......

The bit I don’t get is why did they do it ?? They were at full strength and without jack holder gorzow were weaker, so why ??

Holder was riding I believe. Basically meaning that Iversen’s rides were covered by Zmarzlik, Holder and Thomson plus one other.

Shows what faith Czesztochowa have in their own team mind....

Looks like they took the recent edict to prepare grippier tracks a little too far

Funny though int it that as soon as the spotlight focuses in on Polish Speedway it appears to implode on itself

There are those in down town  Lipnica Wielka who call it the English Speedway disease

Not really. I'd rather think they did that so Iversen will be back on track in a week from now and therefore Gorzów won't be able to use ZZ (Zastępstwo Zawodnika) rule for him.

No Dave Goddard for today's matches so Premier Sports will be operating the commentator replacement facility (one presumes! or it could just be silence)... I hope it's the 5-1er, 3-3er guy

I’m no Holder for Wroclaw today and Berntzon rides?

Holder is expected to be there for Wrocław. A helicopter has been arranged to take him from the Torun meeting to ZG.

Fall out continues from the postponement the other as Marek Cieslak has resigned as Czestochowa team manager

Fair play.

That shows a difference between Wroclaw and Czesztochowa to me. Wroclaw putting faith in their team, desperate to get Holder there to make sure they have every chance of making the top 4 whereas Czesztochowa having no faith in their side at all.
