  1. Past hour
  2. That's just past me further north and it absolutely belted it down for 10 minutes or so
  3. Looks like there's a weather cell heading towards Sheffield in the next hour, unless it rains itself out before it gets there I can see this going the same way as last weeks attempt at running it, in the current era this would normally have been called by now... I'm calling it now and am not going to bother.
  4. The difference is that there was a big downpour at about 6ish that was very localised, i am about 7 miles away and didn't even know it had rained, today has been showers with sunshine, so hopefully they can cope with that
  5. Don't think you can blame Poole for that, we finished our fixtures well within the schedule.
  6. What are the dates for the final? sorry if its been stated earlier on the thread.
  7. Lejonen will replace Woryna with a rider who is of similar capacity and who is also riding well in Poland.
  8. Link for DMPJ - note - you have to go to the very bottom screen! http://video.ucoz.lv/index/live_stream/0-5
  9. Agree, but that’s where self -interest kicks in everytime.
  10. Live updates - Esbjerg v Slangerup, from 5.30pm UK time: https://rs.dmusport.dk/loeb/6951 Live updates - Vojens v Grindsted, from 6pm UK time: https://rs.dmusport.dk/loeb/6952 Live updates - Region Varde v Fjelsted, from 6pm UK time: https://rs.dmusport.dk/loeb/6953
  11. I am at home in Wisewood no rain here. So we are around the same distance away from the track. I did say cautiously optimistic.
  12. I am in Neepsend right now S3 about to rain again I fear sun due out at 6pmish it says, i reckon its touch and go but they will probably try and get the meeting on.
  13. Today
  14. I don't know if I'm just being a bit dim, but three out of the four statements seem to all relate to more choice for race nights and the other re premiership riders eligibility to ride in the Championship. While I agree that greater choice of race nights would be very helpful. I'm thinking that the essential thing is for the BSPA to take a more organisational role, setting the conditions in which the Promoters operate. Key issues are how Fixtures are set, and the rules for Guesting.
  15. On to tonight's meeting. I think Ipswich will push us really hard, and I don't see us winning by more than 8 to 10 points. Ipswich are exceptional at home and we are generally poor around Foxhall so I think it safe to say that Ipswich will finish top of the league.
  16. At 3:30pm I am in Sheffield 6, same area as the stadium. At present the sun is out and pavements and roads are dry, no signs of any puddles, which generally a good sign. I am cautiously optimistic that we have a meeting to go to.
  17. I’m in Sheffield city centre. Bit of light drizzle and showers this morning. Massive thunderstorm at 1pm until about 2 and forecast is for it to continue to brighten up / diminishing chance of rain for the rest of the day (according to the BBC)
  18. The under 24 league in Poland from what I was told will now be mainly really young junior riders with little points money as the teams can’t afford to pay the money to riders riding in near empty stadiums in that league
  19. Been quiet a bit of rain and more forecast to come, although I believe they will make a big effort to get it on. What time do you need to set off.
  20. Just going to ask the same question, about 7 miles from the track and we have had one short heavy downpour and a mixture of light showers and sunshine but then i arrived at the track on Thursday with no idea it had even rained
