  3. A great result for Ipswich, but to be honest it should never have gone to a super heat. This Ipswich team is fantastic & I wouldn’t swap anyone out currently but boy do we make hard work of things. Lynns recent results show how poor we were against them in the cup & it’s those kind of Ipswich performances that worry me come the play offs
  4. He was probably the only one who wanted to ride. Most of the test of them are a complete waste of time.
  5. I would agree 100% he has his eyes on the prize ! Do think that we are also seeing the decline of Doyle as the imposing rider he has been ,injury age are something no rider can evade forever
  6. Dan T proved by beating Kurtz that if you go wide and keep your speed it’s difficult to pass Your track is the best in the Uk and the odd race last night showed that namely heat 13 Ultimately your team at the bottom is too weak ….. Zach Cook was flying at home but when he comes to Foxhall he struggles as do the bottom 3. I still think Kurtz is an issue for you guys he wasn’t himself last night maybe he is holding back a bit and you can’t blame him Kurtz from earlier in the season would have passed Dan T and Doyle I think Having said that Doyle knew exactly where to put his bike in the super heat …
  7. Brennan went in too hard and missed the corner and scrubbed off his speed and didn’t ride the bend well The outside line was clearly the place to be … Bewley and Emil proved that they rode about an inch from the fence
  8. But if Lidsey rode it’s unlikely you would have used Kurtz in heat 7 and get 3 points …. Lidsey would have scored in heats 3 and 5 no doubt so although Ipswich would have been ahead you probably couldn’t have used a tac sub in heat 7
  9. Today
  10. But Gavan assured everyone that you have to be wide as that is the only line😉
  11. Yesterday
  12. Really good meeting, great fight back but Blodorn and the reserves will see us exit the play offs at the semi final stage whoever we get, no sign of the massive home advantage 😉
  13. Plymouth are dammed If they do and dammed if they dont. There are not enough number one riders out there so they get one who was not riding in the league and originally was free and able to ride all of the meetings. Poland come in and chuck a load of money at someone of course they will take it as a rider but why is that Plymouth cheating? If Plymouth were really wanting to gain an advantage surely they would say he is withholding his services and they get to use a rider up to his points as apposed to a reduced points. Oh and it’s seems Plymouth fans are really enjoying it this year as an FYI crowds seem to be doing really well, the team is full of real triers, the meeting is an event as apposed to just racing, the announcers do a good job of entertaining, kids get involved with races. Theres a lot of good going on at Plymouth and to be honest if they win home meetings I don’t think many really care if it’s with or without klindt (in a nice way to klindt). I am looking forward to facing Poole this week. Obviously poole have a great team but the way Plymouth have been riding lately with the new team I think it could prove to be some really good meetings. instead of constantly preaching negativity on this forum why don’t you actually try and big up the sport ? sooner rather later the sport will be gone and the amount of negativity and constant swipes at teams on social media and internet will have an effect and it does effect people. for what it’s worth plymouths been great this year and the paying public will tell you that (a lot who are not on here) as there seems to be a new wave of crowds coming to Plymouth.
  14. Barring injuries, Glasgow, with the addition of Nagel & their reserves no longer points fodder for their opponents, should win all three competitions by the end of the Season.
  15. I very nearly stopped off on the way home from work, think I heard heat 2 as I passed. Trouble is time is running out to watch a dreadful team get battered every week.
  16. It always looked like an away win. Yet bizarrely some people thought they still might make the play offs! 🤣
  17. Lawson would be a certainty to guest if Becker doesn't return.
  18. A fantastic meeting, a strong fightback from the Aces, got to be happy with a point after being 14 points behind, with over a third of the meeting done. We would of won it with Lidsey for sure, just too much to do without him.
  19. The same big changes as last year?? The year before that one?? Oh, & the year before that, & before that etc etc. In the time King's Lynn returned to the top league in 2011 we've made the Play-Offs 3 times (I think)?? With 6-7-8 teams in it, 3 times in the Play-Offs. Joke club. Really don't know what King's Lynn fans actually expect. The management needs to understand & get it drilled in to their skull, YOU CANNOT WIN ANYTHING WITHOUT A PROPER NO1. It is that simple. The nonsense fed from management that 'strength in depth' can work is absolute kak. Obviously, 6 pointers can have anomalies, i.e. Ipswich away, but there's a reason rider's are 6 pointers. They'll also score 2s & 3s. 8+ at No1 & a 7+ at No5. If King's Lynn can't afford or attract those rider's, drop down a league.
  20. Lidsey rides got 5, that i includes Dans extra ride, still way short of what Lidsey has been getting around the NSS. Kurtz extra ride nothing to do with Lidsey.
  21. after zack cooks win over brennan he came down back straight every one cheering him, he never looked across at the crowd once,
  22. What a pile of pooh. Track may well have been poor, but when you didn't gate it was game over with a few odd exceptions. We didn't gate.....Leicester did, simple as that... Easily the worst home meeting of the season. Slim play off hopes gone too
  23. The Tigers of Sheffield would like to thank Birmingham Speedway for two pathetic performances at Perry Barr which made our journey down the M1 worthwhile.... but mostly for lowering the average of Tobias Musielak, he's looking primed for a Owlerton return in 2026.
