  1. Past hour
  2. I am sure lots will show compassion for him and family if i suspect the reason for him missing last week is what i have heard on the awful grapevine
  3. If u understood the reason for his compassionate leave like I've been informed (not officially) u may actually show some compassion Geoff.
  4. Totally agree. Same with Leicester too though. If they manage to pull this off from here then in my opinion itโ€™ll be an incredible achievement even bigger than Sheffield pulling back an 18 point deficit a couple of years ago. The downpour and conditions made it a farce and without question affected the outcome of that final. Ipswich hadnโ€™t lost by more than 18 in the two previous league meetings there that year under normal conditions. But with the weather not a factor here, if Leicester manage to win at Foxhall by six or more then itโ€™ll go down as one of the greatest achievements in Speedway. I personally canโ€™t see it and I think itโ€™s going to take an Ipswich heatleader to crash out of the meeting in their first ride or something similar, for Leicester to prevail. Theyโ€™re going to need a helping hand and although Itโ€™s not likely, these things CAN happen. Itโ€™s speedway after all.

  6. If Ipswich get off to a strong start it's game over. If that happens then fair play Ipswich deserved play off winners.
  7. Like the use of " lawson is available" should he not have had a ban for missing last week ?
  8. Poole head into Fridays 2nd leg with a very healthy 14 point lead over Redcar. With talisman Richard Lawson available again after compassionate leave Poole start as favourites to lift the Cup but the Bears will want to show the home support some resolve and come out fighting from the start. Poole are at full strength but once again Redcar will av guests for Erik Riss and Jody Scott. Teams Redcar 1. Charles Wright 2. Jake Mulford 3. Jason Edwards 4. Leon Flint (G) tbc 5. Danny King 6. (Guest tbc) 7. Ace Piper Poole 1. Richard Lawson 2. Tobias Thomsen 3. Lewis Kerr 4. Zach Cook 5. Anders Rowe 6. Paul Starke 7. Will Cairns

  10. Watch this........GO PIRATES โ˜ ๏ธ ๐Ÿ’ช GO! ๐Ÿ
  11. Very impressed with Ace has had a good 2nd half of the season.has sorted out his style a bit IMO. That was a decent nights racing.
  12. ๐ŸŽต We're gonna win the Cup We're gonna win the Cup and now ur gonna believe us and now ur gonna believe us We're gonna win the Cup ๐Ÿ† ๐ŸŽต C'mon the Boyzzz โ˜ ๏ธ
  13. This meeting should prove to be one of the best meetings hosted at Northside with the line-up only looking to provide a great days entertainment as i can see a winner coming from any one of 9/10 riders. Added incentive also is that there is 24 races in the 250cc and 125cc classes to further add to the days racing spectacle and add further value for money to the sum of ยฃ17 which is in my eyes cheap speedway. One final chance to watch speedway this year at Northside so be sure not to miss out!
  14. I don't know what's happened to Hodder He just hasn't progressed this season for whatever reason Thought Ritchings might been choice as rode for Poole early season
  15. New owners maybe. But rules say two years before they can directly promote. So the question is who would the promoters be.
  16. I don't know what's happened to Hodder He just hasn't progressed this season for whatever reason Thought Ritchings might been choice as rode for Poole early season
  17. Shame I can't have one as they work great against the menstrual cycle. Hardly any pain or anything ๐Ÿ‘ Maybe @Mumsie has a theory to why that is? On another thread of course.. . ๐Ÿ˜
  18. A Good win for the Pirates. Track was a little slicker tonight but still some fast times. With owner Matt Ford in attendance and giving a strong team talk, the Pirates achieved their aim of a 12/14 point advantage. BTW Lawson is available for Friday. (also BTW I have my covid jab on 18th!)
  19. Also you don't always need to have a pass to have good racing, like H15.
  20. There were plenty of races with at least one pass though. Look at Speedway updates if you don't believe me.
  21. Thatโ€™s why I thought the H man but he says not him
  22. Another great night down at WINborne Road โ˜ ๏ธ with Rocketman ๐Ÿš€ back on the bike and back to leading the way. Solid 14 point lead to take up to the ECCO Arena on Friday which should see us lift the Cup ๐Ÿ† Looking forward to being there ๐Ÿ‘ C'mon the Boyzzz โ˜ ๏ธ ๐Ÿ’ช
  23. Fair enough, but maybe have a word with Shovlar. He was the one preaching that everyone should keep getting the clot shots, spouting debunked nonsense. It's 2025 not 2021. Anyway, well done the Pirates.
