  1. Past hour
  2. 52-38... The Aces top three scoring around 30 off 15 rides... Plenty of very fast riding up near the safety fence with riders following around ten yards behind the one in front of them...
  3. Birmingham need to win, suspect Lynn will just squeeze home.
  4. Are Archie Wilkinson cycle speedway bikes still manufactured? Or is it now only Pedal Power and Mielec?
  5. So Flint (5.81) could move into the top 5 with Rowe (5.61) at 6 and Etheridge (4.76 BV 2022) at reserve?
  6. Imagine.... Zmarzlik Kurtz Lindgren Bewley Holder Lebedevs Lambert Kubera (Challenge) Woryna (Challenge) Madsen (Challenge) Jepsen Jensen (Challenge) Dudek (SEC) Fricke (WC) Laguta (WC) Sayfutdinov (WC) Now that would be some line-up.
  7. First time going to Wroclaw for this one - any tips/recommendations/etc? We've been to Poland plenty times (and for GPs), but never Wroclaw, so looking forward to seeing a new city. Edit - interesting tease from the Speedway GP social media account...I can't remember the last time a WC had a pre-announcement? Usually it just slips out quietly 🤔
  8. Today
  9. Smederna will use RR for Madsen. Apparently Madsen and MJJ have in their contract that they don't need to do all meetings so that is why they are missing. Team management asked them if they could anyway but they supposedly said no despite the fact that Smederna are fighting for league win.
  10. SR 11.3.c- The Rising Star rider must ride at #7 unless they achieve an MA which permits them to be in the top 5 then the lowest MA rider must ride at #7
  11. Live updates from Swedish Championship from 19.00 Swedish time. https://ta.svemo.se/Public/Pages/Competition/IndividualDrivingSchedule/CompetitionLiveResult.aspx?Branch=Speedway&Columns=CompetitionInfo%2CBranch%2CName%2COrganizer%2CFromDateShort%2CLiveResult&DateFilter=TODAY&pagesize=10&IsArrangeable=true+&ShowSearch=true&Style=SvemoWebsite&CompetitionId=16722
  12. Zmarzlik Kurtz Lindgren Bewley Holder Fricke (WC or Top 7) Lambert (WC or Top 7) Kubera Woryna Madsen Lebedevs Dudek (SEC) MJJ (GP Chall) Vaculik (WC?) WC (??) Possibly the strongest line-up in a few years if all this happens. It'll be interesting to see who - if the above happens - makes the cut from Michelsen, Doyle, Kvech or Thomsen.
  13. I think his Polish team have finished their regular season and are out of a play-off position. Hopefully, if the Physio works then Becker will be able to continue his rehabilitation with a few practice sessions at Leicester and thus establish his fitness to race “as and when”
  14. Interesting comments from Pickering on the pod cast, Flint is riding awesome and will be in main body of the team soon... He's a RS isn't he?
  15. Sheffield will win the toss, Belle Vue will be of the graveyard gate 3 times in the first 4 heats which will result in the Aces being 12 points behind by the start of heat 5.
  16. thats not what he saying though youve been caught out so take it on the chin
  17. Danish U21 Final tonight in Slangerup 18:30 CET There should be some information later today about coverage of the race. 1. William Echardt Drejer 2. Hjalte Nygaard 3. Sebastian Mayland 4. Philip Ekfeldt 5. Patrick Kruse 6. Villads Nagel 7. Niklas Holm Jakobsen 8. Rasmus Møhlenberg Pedersen 9. Nicolai Heiselberg 10. Villads Pedersen 11. Dimitri Buch 12. Mikkel Andersen 13. Jesper Knudsen 14. Christian L. Rasmussen 15. Andreas Olsen 16. Jacob Jensen 17. Chris Wænnerstrøm 18. Victor Rask Sundbøl
  18. Kings Lynn will win this evening even if Kerr only scores 4 and I'd suggest he'll score better than you have predicted. He's almost guaranteed to win heat 2!
  19. I think this works both ways, barker would never ride for Poole, middlo or with Lawson
  20. Oh just to let everyone know that I had me celebration flat white yesterday. Also had some toast but didn't av jam on it as that would be far to extravagant! 😂
  21. Fans complain when riders seem to choose to give meetings a miss over here, however.. Promoters, actually plan meetings in knowing that sometimes exactly the same riders will be elsewhere on that night... The message they give therefore, is that it is obviously acceptable to UK Speedway for you to miss meetings and your presence isn't fundamentally important... Which also then, obviously gives the events themselves the same lack of fundamental importance in the opinions of so many... You cannot blame riders for deciding to stay aligned to their biggest paymaster when the UK version of the sport is ran the way it is...
